Fast forward 3 weeks and they tell me that they got liquid behind the new screen and had to replace it again. The part never came in and it wasn't until I called them for an update for them to notice that it never came in. Fast forward over a month later I go and get it and ask for a refund and they said there was nothing they could do. I call bullshit! Terrible business practice and rude employees. I asked an associate about this and they said management told them all transactions are essential, and that it's only fair that everyone gets equal exposure to the virus. I was shocked that a sign on the door said essential transactions only but all transactions were deemed essential. Also, it's a revolving set of faces at these stores. You get used to working with someone and go in again and hear, they're no longer with the organization. It's not a good sign that many of their best people are gone in no time flat. Management is exceptionally rude and refuses to be flexible and kind as the associates they fire. We moved to another carrier.

** WARNING ** DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR COMPUTER REPAIR SERVICES…read more I took my daughter's iPad mini here because it was referred to me by a few people. I regret the decision. On October 19 I dropped off my iPad mini for a simple cracked screen repair. I was assured it was no problem and they could help me. Two weeks passed and I heard nothing so I contacted them to find out the status. I was told that the part was on order and I would be contacted when it was ready. Two more weeks passed and I contacted them a few times (in person, called and DMs). Finally, it was ready. So I went in to pick it up, only to find out they repaired someone else's and not mine. After several more weeks of back and forth I had many excuses. Also, they broke the sensor in the process by cracking it with a screw. So now that piece had to be replaced as well. A wrong frame part was also sent to them from a supplier. Then they were having issues with the button. Finally, I was told it was ready after 7 weeks of waiting ... SEVEN WEEKS. So I went to pick it up. It wasn't charged and they could not show me that it was working properly. However, they assured me it would be fine after going through a series of updates and clicks/taps. When I get home and plug it in I see the details of a sloppy rebuild. The button was falling out, the screen was not on properly and the case was all scratched up. So needless to say, its NOT FIXED. I should have listened to my gut instinct and gone to a place that specializes in technology instead of a place that offers it as a secondary service to their comic book business. In the end, I still have a busted iPad that is useless and an upset very patient daughter. Thank goodness they only charged me $20 to drop it off and have a terrible experience.
