Mikel was our cashier with his friendly smile and polite attitude. It wasn't just because he was in air conditioning on a hot day because later he was in the garden area as a cashier. I didn't mention it was 90 degrees this day but out to the lumber yard Clayton rescued us and not only help us load the lumber but he took the loader over and picked up the 60 lbs bags of concrete and loaded them so we didn't have to drive our truck. Duncan and Bryan T. also impressed us with their friendly help and really made our shopping experience delightful. Although known of them accepted my offer to help build our deck they took that suggested with laughter. The value even without the 11% rebate was better than in our area on this date but sometimes the dollar talks in this case the staff will also be why we will return.

The young girl told me yes they do and asked this one boy to show me where the restroom was. So he took me back and it was in the employee only area, which I never thought of anything about it because they approved me to go back there. A man exited the restroom who I thought when I first entered the store that he was homeless because he was standing outside the door, the tank top on and very grimy looking. And he asked me what I was doing back there and I said oh I just want to use the restroom and he said we don't have public restrooms you're not allowed to back here. And I explained that the girl told the young boy to show me where to go. And he just kept insisting they had no public restrooms. And I said OK and made my way out of the back of the store and as I'm leaving, he's still yelling at me we don't have public restrooms here. I don't know who told you that. And I explained to him again. It was the young girl that told Me and he continues to yell at me as I'm walking up to the front desk with all these people around, embarrassing me in front of these people making it seem like I was some kind of a thief. And I looked at the girl and said he won't let me use it. And she said who and I said this guy here won't let me use the restroom and you can keep your products I'll go elsewhere. I will never step a foot in that store again and it's a shame cause it's very convenient for me to use that store because I live so close. I don't know who the guy was like. I find something on the app, it says "available" but rather than order pick up, I go to the store. Two guys are there doing nothing, no other customer in sight, I show them the item on my phone and they just say "Aisle 7." I go there thinking--this ain't Florida--and when I get to Aisle 7, the stuff is not there, there is no empty bin for that, there is something similar, more expensive, and I don't want it because I already started my project with the other stuff. I go back to the apathic guys, show them the app again, and they give some bull. Just close down that store. Lowes is 2 miles from it on Venture Drive.
