They did not have all the parts they needed on the first visit. On the second visit they did not…read morehave all the parts they needed again. They did not notice that they did not have all the parts until they had cut through the copper line that was to be repaired. It took them 15 minutes to find the parts in there truck. They worked for 2 hours & 15 minutes. That included the repair to the copper line he cut through. He wanted paid for the full hour for the first visit that he only worked 30 minutes. They wanted $300 for the labor. That is 3 hours of work. There truck was a mess. They are very disorganized on parts. They did not even give me a receipt.

As a landlord, I've used these folks quite a bit in the past to the tune of around 2-3 K$ and would…read morego out of my way to recommend their services. however the 2-3 times I've needed service, I've called multiple times, and left several messages. only to be ignored. so I suggest same for them.
