The cost was less than what I expected. They have a separate waiting area with a (clean) restroom, tv, free WiFi, and free water & coffee (they provide a Keurig with K-cups and even had decaf!). I had to come back the next day for alignment because I had to pick up my kids from school, but I explained to one of the staff that I needed to get out early enough to do so.
