I am an admitted tough customer and, with that said, I recommend John and the Stephens Auto Center…read moreteam at the highest possible level! As additional background, I am a self-professed car aficionado and have been following the planned release of the new full size Ford Bronco for well over five years. After placing my reservation on the release night in July , 2020, I did extensive research on what dealer to select to complete my order. With over 3,000 Ford dealers in the United States of America, Stephens Auto is the only Ford dealer I could find willing to offer a discount off invoice AND put this offer in writing in plain English!!! http://www.stephensauto.com/2021-bronco/ John and his Stephens Bronco team are heavily vested in the emerging and fiercely loyal Ford Bronco community and related groups and sites. John would likely classify me as a Bronco "Super Fan." As such, I am actively involved in most of these in person and online groups and forums. Many members of these communities (and possibly competing dealers) openly trolled my posts, saying that Stephens Auto Center was "over committing" and I would likley see my order in the year 2022+! While the true test will be in the final delivery, corresponding pricing, and the commitment of "no surprises", to date, John has responded in all of my detailed questions with a sense of urgency and corresponding level of detail. The manufacturing delays and the related extended wait for this vehicle build have been frustrating, although, as importantly, to date, the commitments from John and team have been made, AND continued to be confirmed in writing in accordance with the Stephens Auto commitment. I look forward to working with the Stephens Auto Center team on this important purchase and in the future!

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a 2018 Lincoln Navigator - Reserve from Thornhill…read moreLincoln, it was one of the easiest and nicest car buying experience I have ever had, thanks to Tony and Mike B. Every person I interacted with was pleasant and happy to help any way they could. This was especially meaningful to me, as I am in Florida and making this purchase from afar, and sight unseen, so trust was an important factor to me. They sent detailed photos and information, I had Automotive Inspection Solutions do a complete inspection with photos to document the condition of the vehicle, which I did for insurance and shipping reasons, so in the event, anything happened I had proof of condition prior to any unforeseen incident. I had Steve at MM Freight Logistics arrange for Shaughnessy Overland Express to pick up and transport the Navigator in a covered trailer to my home. It was picked up on Thursday afternoon and arrived at 9:30 AM the very next day, I was impressed! The vehicle was perfect, clean and ready to roll. This was the most wonderful and stressfree car buying experience and I did it all from the comfort of my home while sheltering in place due to the CONVID-19 virus. So I was able to do my part to help the economy during these unprecedented times. I highly recommend Thornhill Ford - Lincon in Chapmanville, WV, and the owner even got on the line to say thank you. I have to say this was a lot like buying from family, and I could not be happier. Thanks to everyone at Thornhill Ford - Lincoln.
