Most horrible place to live, they don't MAINTAIN ANYTHING! Not the yard around you nor the cabin you live in. Firstly its was so dirty when we moved in, we did not even want to move into the place but they said we have no choice. We got OLD bedding, towels and beds. After waiting a month we got a replacement bed, they told us they ordered one but it was a used mattress they brought over. The dryer needs to run 2 times before the clothes are dry, they tried fixing it once and gave up. Our ac/heater filter cant even fit into the unit as its is so broken, it has been reported and nothing happened. Not all the power outlets even work properly, it was reported, they only replaced two. Our roof has leaked for around 2 months after multiple reports and promises before they act upon it. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE!!!! read more

Beautiful, affordable, The manager is amazing down to earth country girl that is understanding and extremely helpful. Very spacious and beautiful cabins. Amazing views. I would recommend 100%. Boy, would I stay away from this place. They take your deposit and can not supply a confirmation of any kind or a local phone number. There are others that showed up with out a confirmation and didn't have a room. This is hard, because Watford City stays booked up. The guy could not even supply a local phone number. He was in LA, Calf. and would not supply simple information. STAY AWAY!!!! read more

In July I booked and PAID for a 7 day stay for a hunting trip this week. When we arrived to check in, we were informed that our reservation had been canceled. I'm certain that our week was given away for a monthly rental. I get that, but to not contact me prior to arriving is the worst customer service I have ever experienced, Anywhere! Not only did you fail to contact me but you kept and used my money from July (when reservation was made) until October when I showed up to check in. As you know, finding lodging is nearly impossible in Watford City and luckily we were able to sleep in a family members living room. This place is a joke. Signed a lease for 4 months, the first 2 and a half, the water pressure was so weak and bad, it would take 30+minutes for tub to fill, and I have countless videos and pics of the BLACK dirt that came out of the faucets daily. We also had really good cable, espn and lmn, amongst other channels, which was one of the reasons we agreed to stay in the first place, BUT THEY CUT IT DOWN TO THR BASIC OF BASIC, so now no football, etc. (RENT REMAINED SAME) At the end of November, I informed the manager that we were staying into January, and requested a month to month lease agreement at that point and was told on my phone via text message and in person, verbally that we could do month to month. The next day, she calls me and tells me Barry called and asked if I had signed it yet, and she told him no, instead of calling me to run and sign it, she told him I hadn't and stated we now cannot do the month to month. She then said that we'd have to sign a 3 month lease and if we left early, have to forfeit the $750 deposit($150 goes for cleaning when gone) so $600. I didn't like the idea, but asked for time to think, and on my birthday the manager knocks on the door and hands me a letter addressed to ROYE Chandler,(which is horribly misspelled) and it said we had till 1-1-2019 at noon to vacate. Now, I have a 12 year old daughter in school and my husband works 6 days a week, and we have to find somewhere affordable to move to all of the sudden, and if we can't we're homeless. THE MANAGER STATED THAT THE OWNER BARRY IS THE ONE THAT RENTED OUT OUR CABIN FROM UNDER US, AND THERE WAS NOTHING SHE COULD DO. He won't ever answer my calls or return them. Not ever. So at Christmas time, these people have folks coming and going constantly; these units are being moved into and out of constantly, but we can't stay the lot our time left here, because they rented it to someone else. I will never give them my money again, and when I find out all the details, I'll be filing reports with the appropriate people. read more

These are super nice cabins, we enjoyed our stay very much! Had a heater issue and April the manager was in top of it as soon as I told her! April is awesome! She takes pride in keeping this place running and a true joy to visit with! Totally recommend the cabins! I'm adding to this review and changing my opinion! We had to put up a 500 deposit, we were denied our refund, they said they had to shampoo the carpets, I shampooed them 3 times to make sure they were spotless, they were, then a cabinet that April knew was messed up as when I had plumbing issues, the plumber was kind enough to screw the hinge back on, and in front of April stated that it probably would not work as it was stripped out (225!!) also a cleaning bill and we totally cleaned that place even moved the sofa etc. to make sure it was cleaned under, in the end they are saying we owe them 50.00!!!!! I will never recommend this place again! read more
