Stay away from using this company for a real estate transaction. They were negligent in their…read moreresponsibilities, unprofessional, untruthful, uncommunicative and not knowledgeable of the area. Cherise, our agent, undervalued our property according to other real estate agents. She was negligent in her responsibilities throughout the process. She did not follow up on whether the escrow money was in place within the time limit. We had to ask the title company. At that point the contract had been breached and the property should have reverted back to us, but Cherise only cared about her commission rather than her customer notifying the buyer who then wired the funds. As time went on, we felt she was not adequately representing us, but rather the buyer. We requested to speak with the broker Mr. Reece. Our request was ignored. I literally had to remind her of what she needed to do with respect to amendments to the agreement. We had issues with the buyer who for a second time breached he contract and asked Cherise what our options were. This request was also ignored as was a request for the written requests for extension from the buyer. Cherise did not follow the agreement, in fact seemed clueless to what it said. She accepted an unacceptable method of notification for a written extension and was clueless about the closing date requirements, as well as, when she needed to initiate and amendment to the Agreement. Mr. Reece was on copy to all the email communication. We requested a reduction in fee from Mr. Reece, the broker, based on inadequate representation and the fact we had to lead Cherise by the hand. That request was ignored. The title company stepped in at the end and took over assisting us. I have been through several real estate closings and I have never seen such incompetence in my life. This isn't sour grapes. I spent 26 years writing, negotiating, modifying and administering contractual agreements.

BED BUGS! We arrived on Sunday the 26th to "The Happy Shack"…read morecabin/tiny house at RE/MAX COVE MOUNTAIN Realty and Cabin Rentals at 3121 Wears Valley Rd Sevierville, TN 37862. That evening my daughter found a small dark bug on her bed by the pillow. We thought it was just a normal outdoor bug and disposed of it. Monday during the day we went out and came back to the cabin/tiny house about 10:30pm. My grand daughter came down from her room up in the loft and had another bug on her shirt. At that point I looked up what a BED BUG looks like and that's what it was. I immediately called the office and reached their emergency number. As I called the emergency number, my daughter re-checked the bed in the main bedroom and there were multiple BED BUGS along the bed frame. I talked to a lady named April and she had us move to the cabin/tiny house across the street. This was at 11pm. We went over to check the new cabin/tiny house first before moving over to make sure it was not infested with BED BUGS. We then moved over and that took until after 12:30am. We then stayed up until 2:30am washing all our clothing. Now it is Tuesday morning as I stopped by the office and talked to April about the BED BUG situation. They had another family that was supposed to stay in the cabin she moved us to and I wanted to make sure they were not going to walk into our cabin. She had informed me they upgraded them to a normal big house/cabin. She stated the other family would be happy they got a wonderful upgrade. I then asked April if anything was going to be done about our BED BUG inconvenience. She then said she was talking to the owner about what can be done and said she would call me later that day. This was Tuesday. I never received a phone call or an email that day. Wednesday morning we woke up and my grand daughter (10yrs old) shows me her face and hands and she has red BED BUG bites on them. I then look up what BED BUG bites look like and yes that's what it was. I then went to the office to show the lady April the BED BUG bites on my 10 yr old grand daughters face/hands. She was not there but a man named Lamar was. I showed him all the BED BUG bites and asked if we should take her to an immediate care. He said April would be back in 30 minutes and he would have her call me. Lamar wrote my number down for her to call me back about the BED BUGS and bites. We then left for the day to sight see. And again I waited all day and they never called me back. Now it is Thursday morning and still no phone call from April or the owner MIKE about the BED BUGS or the bites. At this point I looked up what to do and it said to contact VRBO so this is what I did. I'm very upset with MIKE the owner and Cove Mountain Realty ignoring me about the BED BUG infestation and even more upset that they didn't care at all that my 10yr old grand daughter had BED BUG BITES all over her. I asked for a refund due to all the inconvenience, for them ignoring me, the lack of care and for the suffering my grand daughter is going through. VRBO called the owner MIKE and he is refusing to do anything at all. A 10 yrs old was covered in BED BUG bites and has suffered from this. MIKE the owner has no sympathy for anyone especially an innocent 10 yr old child. I'm also posting pictures on this review of the BED BUGS and bites. Clearly wouldn't recommend Cove Mountain Realty and the owner MIKE.

However, I will not be returning to this airbnb nor will I recommend it to anyone. 1. Check in is at 3 pm, upon check in the rooms were not clean, the bathrooms were dirty, the living and dining room were not clean. If there is a delay the expectation is to inform your guests so they are aware to hold off on coming by for a bit. 2. Lack of communication from the host to the above and among other things. 3. **** 15 mins after check in 2 people walked in without knocking, waiting to be let in or identifying themselves. The people in my group and I were very confused and felt very unsafe as we were not alerted by the host anyone was coming by. Upon calling the host, you are routed to the managing department, i spoke to two individuals a young women who was not apologetic or helpful and then the manager Adam. Adam was also very rude and unapologetic. He told me that these were the cleaning ladies and that check in time was not gaurenteed at 3 pm and that we can go to the office for food while we wait. This was not ok as i already bought a ton of food for our stay and informed him that i was aware it was no gaurenteed but i did expect some sort of communication of this. He then hung up the phone on me or at least tried to. I then had to sit on the phone listening to him and his colleagues laugh at the situation. 4. Th people who walked in to clean were not wearing masks or following COVID 19 safety measures. 5. Sink in the kitchen did not drain properly deeming it unusable. Moreover the dishwasher did work and would leak. There are many other beautiful cabins in this area, id stear away from this one.

We have loved working with Regina! We are out-of-towners and we could only come out to Knoxville…read morefor a weekend, but Regina was up for the challenge. She worked with us to find out what we needed and got us started on the FlexMLS website so we could browse listings to our heart's content. Through the whole process, Regina has been exceptionally responsive even outside business hours. When we came to Knoxville, Regina worked hard to get us acquainted with the town and all its various neighborhoods. Visiting houses with Regina is like getting a crash intro course in home maintenance! She displayed extensive knowledge about house construction, upkeep, and local hazards. She was also very flexible, allowing us to adjust our schedule when an exciting new property appeared on the market during our visit. This was extremely helpful as it ended up being the perfect house for us! Once we decided to make an offer, she immediately got in touch with the listing agent to put our offer "on paper". By continuing to work into the evening, she got us a positive response on our offer before midnight of the day we toured the house. Yes - in 2 days, Regina not only took us to more than 10 houses and gave us a full tour of Knoxville, she also got our offer in on a house we loved. Since our visit, Regina has continued to be very communicative. She gave us a calendar of the important dates for closing and is in touch with the listing agent, so every milestone so far has been met well before its deadline. We haven't closed on the house yet, so I will update once that's settled. But as of this process so far, Regina has been an amazing buyer's advocate, willing to go way above and beyond to accommodate out-of-town buyers and get them the perfect home. We can't recommend - or thank - her enough.

We had the best experience with Regina in buying and selling our home. We originally moved to…read moreKnoxville in 2015 and considered buying our first home. She came recommended from a friend and really opened our eyes to the things we should look for when house hunting. She literally got down into crawl spaces and pointed out anything she thought was concerning: cracks in foundation, subpar building materials, roofing, mold, water damage, gutters, basements, things we would have never thought to consider. We never felt pressured to buy even though we looked at 20+ houses with her over several days. If she felt the house wasn't right for us, she let us know why instead of pushing us to put in offers. We decided to wait and make sure we planned on staying in Knoxville before buying. She made sure we knew she would be there to help us when we decided we were ready. In 2018 we knew we were ready to buy, and Regina was ready to go with another round of house showings. She gave us the same attention and consideration as the first time around. We thought we found our dream house and were ready to put in an offer. Thankfully, with her attention to detail she urged us to hold off and check it out after a rainstorm. We took her advice and when we went back noticed serious issues with water in the basement. With her guidance, we finally found the perfect home. She helped negotiate a good price as well as navigate all the confusing parts of purchasing it. When Knoxville got record breaking rain in 2019, we were so thankful Regina had helped us choose a solid house that avoided the flooding many of our neighbors and friends experienced. This year, my husband received a job offer out of state we couldn't pass up and had to move quickly. We hated to leave our home, but we knew Regina would help us sell it. Her expertise came full circle when the value of our home appreciated and sold very quickly. We attribute this to Regina's knowledge and guidance when we originally bought the house. Regina has set the bar very high for us when it comes to realtors, and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell their home. She is honest, thorough, organized, and professional. Most importantly, she is on her client's side through the whole process. Regina knows her stuff!
