My senior cat was suffering from advanced arthritis and was in a lot of pain. I was referred to…read moreDr. Gaynor by my regular vet for advanced stem cell therapy. It was not a fun process to go through, having to put my senior cat under general anesthesia (always risky) for the fat sample extraction, but in the end, it was totally worth it. The stem cells are injected, and then it takes approximately 90 days for the full effect of the treatment. I waited until 4 months to do this review. The treatment was successful for my cat and it has made a big improvement in the quality of his life, as he has much less pain and more mobility, and is generally more like his old self! Dr. Gaynor has another veterinary partner that he works with to perform some of the procedures. There was a bit of communication breakdown in regard to my cat's previous veterinary records and his negative reaction to certain medications. But overall, I was very happy with the experience of working with Dr. Gaynor. He was available by phone for our numerous questions beforehand (we don't live in the area), and in person provided additional information on what to expect during the process. He followed up to check on my cat's status at various stages. I am so thankful that he was available as an option for us.

I made an appointment for plasma infusion with Dr Gaynor.I do not not know if the therapy works,…read morehowever I will give you a quick briefing on my visit. From the outset there was never a meeting with this Dr. (as in he never even came out to say hi)The procedure required a sedation of my dog and the subsequent infusion.Returning to my vets office to retrieve my pet I was greeted by the DR's assistant. There was no report or post operative instructions, literally just a handing over of a credit card machine for payment. I hate to say this but the treatment was totally unprofessional, and rude

We scheduled an appointment 5+ weeks early to have a travel certificate completed to fly out of…read morecountry for 4 months. We called extra early to make sure Dr Pierce is USDA accredited and were told he was and told to "bring documentation with for him to sign..." At 6 pm 13 days prior to our flight and 7 days before our appointment day, we were left a voicemail telling us we have to go through another company for the paperwork because it was a liability for him to do it any other way. Travel certs are done only by USDA certified vets and it can be done all online and is recommended. Today I called another vet to learn our trip will not be possible to travel on the dates we planned to travel. We have to wait 18 days, change our transportation, home rental, flights and find a place to live for those 18 days as we've planned this entire departure to a T already. Due to this avoidable error, our dog, which is a service animal, would have to be quarantined for 2 weeks upon arrival to Costa Rica. No way!!! He's not built for that! This is why we contacted dr pierce's office more than a month early, and asked all these questions in advance to make sure he and we were ready. 6weeks ago I was on hold for 5 minutes waiting for the tech whom answered to ensure Dr Pierce was USDA certified, but I think I was lied to. Today at the vet they told me he isn't listed as an USDA accredited vet on the USDA site. It's quite obvious no one knows how to be honest with clients and will rush you off the phone without hearing the actual questions at hand. Today we learned our trip is canceled due to Dr Pierce's and his staff's incompetence and dishonesty. I don't think they were intentionally negligent in this but they were not supportive or this wouldn't have happened. This will cost my family thousands. I'm a disabled vet on a fixed income moving out of the country but now we get to spend 2 weeks in a hotel bc we're moving out of our home because now we're waiting for a vaccine that Dr pierces staff could have told me I needed. It must be done 30 or more days from travel. Obviously our travel was in 13 days. Reading another review I am mortified. I almost had my dog's teeth cleaned in Feb 2024. He's 8 lbs! I am so sorry to the folks who lost their cat during a routine cleaning due to additional preventable negligence. Dr Pierce misdiagnosed my dog in Jan with a salivary mucocele that upon second opinion-after being scared to death for 2 weeks- due to the prognosis, it was a simple benign cyst that resolved on its own a few weeks after the visit and recommended risky surgery. Today dr pierce called me and argued that his staff wouldn't have told what they told me as it's a liability. Laughable response to your laziness and incompetence. Do not go to this vet! Super untrustworthy.

Lovely experience with this vet. They are so knowledgeable and friendly. Brought both our dogs here.read more

Red Hill nearly killed my cat…read more The "care" at this facility sent my loved 13 year old cat to the V.R.C.C. Emergency Hospital, starving, malnourished, dehydrated, and hanging on by a thread. Here are the facts: - Red Hill never read my cats previous medical records. - They repeatedly dismissed our urgency to diagnose and treat our cat. - They took an entire month to run basic tests (I.e. bloodwork, fecal analysis, etc.) - They placed him on a strict diet for 8 weeks which HE WAS NOT EATING and ignored his severe weight loss. (He has always been healthy at around 10-11 lbs and was 7.95 when we got to the V.R.C.C. in Englewood.) And finally, - They claimed that "the lack of doing anything to help our cat is not negligence." I would recommend to anyone considering this facility or currently being seen at this facility, to run as fast and far away as humanly possible. This place is a disgrace to veterinary care, and it is astonishing that they are still allowed to practice medicine of any kind. 1 star was an obligation as a review cannot be posted without a rating. I also want to add that I have nothing to gain personally from posting this review. My only goal is to share our terrifying experience, so hopefully nobody else EVER has to endure what we did.
