I don't even want to put one star because these groomers drown my neighbors dog and her dog died 3 hours after the groomers and she took her to vet at that point and the vet said that her dogs lungs were full of water and they couldn't do anything for her dog and her dog had just left these groomers and went straight to the vet because she knew something was wrong with her fur baby and she died within 3 hours after groomers and she did not have her fur baby anywhere around water so I know you love your fur babies so I wouldn't think twice about taking my fur baby to these groomers. Brought 2 Yorkies in that needed nails trimmed, teeth brushed, and anal glad expression. They were both seen right away and all services were performed as expected. Staff was great and so were the companion kitties and puppies. Place was clean and didn't smell like wet dog. Pricing was fair and reasonable. read more

Took my Pomeranian here to be groomed and he was acting funny after. He would not go outside, kept crying, wouldn't walk and just sit. I went to investigate and noticed they groomed a rounded his testis and they were red and inflamed. Over the next few hour it was getting worse so I took him to the vet. The veterinarian said his testis were "scorched" . My Pomeranian had to get antibiotics, steroids, and pain medication. It took Mountain Mutts two days to respond to me and when they did it was obvious they did not care. The response I received was my Pomeranians veterinarian(20 yrs experience) was wrong. I was told that in no way were his testis burned as the groomer could let her clippers run all day and they will never get hot! She admitted he jumped when she clipped his testis but that was it. I was pretty much told I was a liar, it not their fault and received no more communication from them. It was obvious to me they don't care about the pets they groom just the money they receive. read more

I just pick up my dog from Miss Linda. She did a great job with my "Little Girl". She is 16, nearly blind and need "the works" done. Linda did a great job. My girl was clean, smelled great and her nails were trimmed nicely. She got all of this done in a timely manner. When her shop moves, I will be moving with her. read more

Would've given this a zero if I had the option. Specifically called and discussed our concerns with Linda (owner) 2 weeks before appt. Clearly stated we did not want our dogs there all day long, and that we wanted them to have their own clean bowls for water. We were assured that this would be the case. Dropped them off at 7:30 am-called at 1:00-they still weren't done. Told a couple more hours. Never got a call. Drove over to pick them up about 4:10 and was told that she had to bring her personal cat to the vet because it was sick. When I told her that wasn't my problem she told me F$&k you.Our dogs were given water out of the same bowl as every other animal so we don't know if they picked up any disease. I would NEVER, EVER recommend this business to anyone. If you're going to claim you were a grooming salon, then hire enough groomers to take care of your clients pets in a timely manner instead of 10 or 11 hours later while they're sitting indoors. As soon as we got home my two dogs drank so much so fast that they vomited so I highly doubt that they were given sufficient water while they were there. Linda is amazing. She is the only one who can cut my boys nails. He growls and Carrie's on like a lunatic but she never loses patience with him, never raises her voice or changes her sweet tone. Shes the only one I trust with my pets, shes the best. read more

Animals are like children. They cannot always communicate with us and tell us when they are scared or in pain. Often, we need to be that voice for them. I do not mind being that voice and I will yell loud and clear. If you love and cherish your fur babies, please reconsider taking them to this establishment. There was a situation with a dissatisfied client and her Great Pyrenees. The dog was supposed to only be bathed and receive a nail trim. Apparently the owner, Linda TaylorTolbert, overbooked 30+ dogs that day and did not let any of her clients know. Well long story short, she had the dog for 12 hours. The owners called twice to see about picking him up; when they finally got there, there was blood all over the business floor, and their dog was absolutely not okay. He had been shaved and had blood and cuts on his legs. His paws were also covered in blood(which sometimes happens when cutting their nails, but there should have been a call or explanation to the owners). Their dog has not been acting normal since. He's lethargic and did not have the same spirit as he did before going into the shop. When the owners expressed their displeasure, she cussed them. The issue was taken to a public platform, Facebook, to raise awareness about the situation. On the public post from the client, Linda attacked the clients. She cursed them, threatened them, and changed her story multiple times. She also deleted her original business page for the grooming salon because of all the negative reviews and evidence of the way she was talking to people. I will let the pictures and screenshots speak for themselves. I hope no one else's fur babies get traumatized from this "professional groomer." The owner was more worried about her reputation than the well being of the animal or the client satisfaction. She even had her family members message people on the issue to get them to stop exposing her actions. Now she is playing the victim and saying she needs to "recover" from this situation. The sad part is, if she just would have refunded the clients, owned up to her mistakes, and was a kinder person, none of this would have happened. Review buttons are there for a reason. read more
