The owners here are absolutely down to earth very friendly people. We booked for a whole hour and it was endless fun. We got to all the cats, spoil them with treats. We even got to hold a few cats and we even met some of the feistier ones that normally the staff associate with only . They got a great variety of merchandise too. Prices here are pretty reasonable for what they are worth and most these cats are up for adoption at the same time. Very clever process for how they run business! They had a calming atmosphere when you walk in featuring music that helps keep the cats happy which then helps the experiences of the guests. They color code the collars so you know who's friendly, and who needs space. Overall, it was absolutely enjoyable and worth coming too!

Her and the vet tech/assistant, Jamee, did everything they could for our sweet cat and gave us multiple avenues to help our baby. We unfortunately had to put our cat down and they were so compassionate and sympathetic during our difficult time. Did not try to up sell us, but let us know about the options anyways in an informative manner considerate of the situation, overall they were respectful.
