I am very disappointed in the service I received from Lenoir.  I am 81 years old and I have…read morepurchased several items from Lenoir over the years.  I purchased a sofa that was delivered during the height of the Pandemic.  The delivery drivers were not educated on the product and did not know how to bring the sofa through a standard size front door.  A panel should have been removed to allow the sofa to fit through the door.  Instead of removing the panel, they jammed the sofa through my door and damaged my door and tore the fabric on the sofa.  Lenoir initially indicated they would fix the problem (although at first that made light of the problem and acted like it was nothing).  After almost 9 months of complaining by me, they had the manufacturer send me material that may match the sofa.  However, Lenoir is not sending someone to repair the sofa with the fabric.  It is very disappointing that (i) they use delivery agents that are not educated on the product causing damage to my home and the product and (ii) they refuse to make thing right with a longstanding customer.

Not only do they have the latest Ashley line, but they also have a number of hard to find, American made, furniture lines (Vaughn-Basset, England Furniture, Lazyboy, etc.) at way better prices than bigger stores are able or willing to offer. I now live in Florida, but I still purchase my furniture from L and L whenever possible. I just ordered a full bedroom set from them, which compelled me to write this review. I bought the furniture from L and L, rented a U-Haul to get it to Florida, and I still saved thousands from what it would've cost to purchase the same set closer to my home in Florida. Their prices are that good! But not only was the furniture priced way better than I could find anywhere else, the customer service I received from the L and L team (from the owner on down) was unmatched. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, but never pushy. Plus, my custom order of American made, American oak furniture from L and L arrived more quickly than it took in stock furniture I ordered from a national chain to be delivered from their own warehouse! And when I had questions about how to assemble my new furniture, the L and L team texted me pictures from the showroom and talked me through the process. I only write reviews when I find a stand out business and this is one is worth writing home about. In fact, when I told my best friend who lives in SC about my experience with L and L, I was surprised to learn that she also buys her furniture at L and L, instead of in SC for all the same reasons!
