We had a tech named Nathaniel, I believe, and he was excellent. He called and updated me with approx times he'd be out and also with weather being a bit temperamental, he was running late and called to warn me he'd be just a tad late. He did inform me a few things about the last people who had done my windshield and oh boy am I not happy about what he found. Anyways a huge shout out for customer service, timely, and the knowledge of their techs. read more

Had two windshields replaced in Nov-dec last year. 4 months later both windshields were broke again. One with a small chip(that they would replace for free) and the other started as a small chip then proceeded to crack the glass. I believe MMAG have switched to using poor quality windshields and passing that along to the customer while increasing their profits. They would not repair the crack in my truck even though it started as a chip, I paid cash for the windshield. Their policy, I'm sure states no warrenty if break is caused by a rock. It seems a lot of people have forgotten how to make things right. My future business goes down to the valley or safelight where competition is high and prices are better and the glass won't break in 4 months. Sorry mountain mobile auto glass you had a chance to make this right. Some day you will realize how that works. Oh BTW my rear view mirror fell off and I had to make a trip back to Snowflake to get it put back on after they had calibrated it. read more

They know their stuff and are always courteous and professional as well. The company is privately owned by a hometown couple that really care about their customers. I send everyone I know to them. Both my spouse and I heard on the radio that they were offering a $100 cash back incentive along with other options for the Thanksgiving weekend one of which included a free turkey. The rep was a really nice guy and did a good job but didn't have the free turkey coupon with him as the office was out of them, and when I went in to pick one up, the office had none and told me to drive the hour away to pick it up. I told them no, I didn't have time with company coming so they said they'd mail us one. We still haven't received it - Thanksgiving came and went and still no coupon. And the cash back incentive was only $50. Never Again! read more

I strongly discourage anyone from using this company. The technician who performed the installation did not use the correct clips to reattach a panel under the hood. Due to this error the panel came unattached causing damage to the hose for the windshield wiper fluid. I took the vehicle to a mechanic resulting in a bill of over $100. Mountain Mobile was contacted about the problem and they did agree to replace the missing clips with the correct ones. The initial contact took 3 phone calls to speak with a person who could help with the situation. At that time the technician stated that they would reimburse me for the cost of the diagnostic work and repairs. One week later I was contacted by a secretary who informed me that the clips were in stock and that the reimbursement would be done. I provided a copy of the receipt to the technician who installed the clips the next day, and he also stated that the reimbursement would be done. A week later the secretary stated that the manager was in the office and they would send out a check. 12 days later I still had not received a check so I spoke with the secretary again. She stated they had lost the receipt and needed me to resend it. She had no explanation for why I was told earlier the check was being mailed when in fact this was not done. I sent another copy of the receipt and was promptly called by the manager, who had never deemed it appropriate to speak to me about these issues in the prior month. She rudely informed me that they would not be reimbursing me any money for the repair and diagnostic fees. As we were discussing why I had been informed by 3 different employees in the prior month that this would be done she hung up on the call as I was speaking. I attempted to call back several times over the next hour and the phone was never answered. This company and its employees were unhelpful, unprofessional and very difficult to deal with. I do not trust that my glass installation was done properly due to these issues. read more
