We stopped by, unannounced and unscheduled to see if a quick repair could be done before the crack spread and ruined the whole windshield. Met a fine young man in the lot who directed me to the office. There, I met the nice young lady behind the computer and explained our dilemma. She popped into the workshop for a second and came back in to say they could do it. The lobby/waiting area is super clean and welcoming. They even let our dog hang out while the repair was being done. Friendly, helpful people and service and a great repair. The other business: Had his 13 year old grand daughter perform the work, as he admitted to the cops, my truck received scratches all over the hood, admitted to kicking out my old windshield putting glass everywhere by the air intake, installed the incorrect windshield, used illegal glue to install the windshield, damaged the interior A-pillar covers, damaged the cowling and didn't install the windshield wipers correctly. Kevin (guy in red shorts) drove all the way from Snow Flake, installed a new windshield correctly, and explained all of the problems and issues with the other windshield installation to the police, whom I called in order to 'escape' the nightmare of the other business (who tried to prevent me from leaving). If Kevin and Mountain Mobile Auto Glass hadn't been there, I might have been in a serious accident, or worse. I would like to send a special thanks to this business and their expert installer for the help, and being just straight up great human beings.
