Very disappointed in my experience with this business. While visiting Tiger over the weekend, I…read morestopped in Madison's and was impressed with the shop. My friends and I stayed for quite a while. They were offering a 20% discount on your entire purchase during your birthday month. I was excited about that as my birthday is in November and spent nearly $400, which I wouldn't have done if not for the discount. I checked out, discussed the 20% off with the sales associate and was even required to show my ID as proof. I checked my receipt the next morning and realized the discount was not applied. This was Sunday and the shop didn't open until noon. We had to leave that morning to go back home out of state. I called when they opened, explained the error and was told there was nothing that could be done except give me a discount for the next time I shopped there. I don't live anywhere near Clayton. I find it hard to believe there's not a way to credit my card back the discount amount. It's a nice shop but I won't be returning with that kind of customer service.

A proper boutique! This darling shop has been around for 8 years and it's no wonder. They really…read moremaster versatility. The gals at the front tell me that they cater to the local market of 30-40+ women with cash to thrown down on comfortable threads. But I look around and all their clothes look so cute and trendy for the 20-something crowd too. They have tanks and tops that show plenty of skin and breezy sundresses with sultry slits. Oh fancy! Plus, there are lots of denim options and accessories too. I didn't purchase anything on my visit, although I was very tempted at the bling bar. What an eclectic mix of jewelry. They showcase a lot of metalwork rings, bangles and necklaces which I'm a total sucker for. I also have a huge thing for the rewined candles in the back. Fabulous! This place is pricey but that's what makes it a boutique. I'll have to ca$h in for my goodies another day.

The clothing isn't cheap, but it is good quality and they always package everything adorably with a thank you message and even small gifts thrown in. Their sales section is always amazing online, I can't even begin to imagine how good it is in the store. I can't wait to visit in person!
