When I called to inquire (yes, I read the fine print and knew this was likely a scam, but curiosity got the better of me), I was told that wasn't actually the case. To find out what I had "really won," I would need to schedule an appointment to attend some event within the next few days. This is essentially the automotive equivalent of a Nigerian prince scam. Here's what bothers me most: -Questionable Data Collection: How did they get my personal information? I never requested contact from this business, yet somehow they have my name and address. -Intentionally Deceptive Marketing: This isn't clever marketing - it's a deliberate attempt to mislead potential customers with a dollar-store version of McDonald's Monopoly that's designed to make people think they've won something they haven't. -Wasted Resources on Lies: Think about this - this business spent considerable time, money, and resources creating and mailing out materials specifically designed to deceive people they hope to do business with. What does that tell you about their integrity? If a car dealership's first interaction with you involves lying and manipulation, what do you think the actual car-buying experience will be like? During the test drive, an ignition system component failed and the truck had to be repaired before we could take delivery. We decided to give the dealership a second chance and completed the purchase. About a week later, the check engine light came on for a catalytic converter issue. We had the truck inspected by another Ford dealership, which found sheared exhaust manifold studs and a skid plate that had been secured with zip ties. These were obvious issues that should have been caught during an inspection. Overall, we are very disappointed with the condition of the vehicle and the dealership's inspection process.

We also weren't familiar with Idaho's governing on the matter). We managed to call a few places before they closed but most wouldn't see us that same day. We were recommended here. Matt and his team were unbelievably fantastic. They stayed late that day (on a Friday) to diagnose our issue. They would have tried to fix it that night but didn't have the necessary parts & needed to wait for Subaru to open up the next day. They were also extremely communicative, making sure we knew what the problem was and what they were doing to fix it. It was very clear they were the best Subaru expert mechanics in town. When all was done, it was also much more affordable than we expected. We still got to Denver on Saturday with no car problems!! All thanks to Boise Auto Arena. Cannot express how much we recommend the team. PS we got to play with 2 cute dogs while we waited :)

I have been using the Car Wash since the car wash was opened and now all of a sudden I am told that…read moremy van is too long. There is no signage about the length of the vehicles I have seen pickup trucks longer than my van go through there. There hasn't been an issue with the way it washes. I was told that the length of my van messes up the calibration and messes up the wash for the next vehicle. These car washes have sensors that detect when to start and stop and how long to go. My van shouldn't mess a calibration setting up, in all my years as an electronics technician it seems to me that there is something wrong with the car wash system itself if it cannot self calibrate to the vehicles being washed. ALL other car washes have no problems. I will no longer use Jacksons for ANYTHING!!! Very disappointing.

I ran the sprayer for for 5 minutes and then pushed a button on the card reader and the spray shut off . There was no explanation on how to end the timer so I took my best guess and with the mystery button it shut down. The reader display indicated a $2.50 charge to my card , so I accepted that as a reasonable fee since the posted fee was $1.50 for 3 minutes. CheckEd my online banking and a charge of $10.00 was posted to my account from Snappy Hot wash, Mountain Home ID, Reading other reviews indicate that others have been over charged with little response from trying to call the phone number posted on yelp for a resolution. That use real leather and dye it to match the color of the other sections. It looks pretty dang good when it was done! The service was friendly too. My only tiny comment is that they left the cover for all the electric cords tied up and didn't put it back, so I had some cords exposed when my kids got in the car. Someone probably just forgot but double check that if you get anything done and have kids!
