I stopped by here after a friend suggested I do so. So far the service was great. I had a thrifty…read moresales decal removed from a car for free. I was expecting there to be a charge but there wasn't. Most of the cars I was interested in had dead batteries because of the elements. They gifted me some nice pens and Beverly was really nice to my family and I. I plan on buying a car in the near future so depending on the price and "deal" they give me, I could possibly be buying from them since she mentioned they price match cars. Looks promising. I will update in the future. *UPDATE* Finally bought a car and BEVERLY IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST. Completely honest and forthcoming. She will go out of her way to make sure everything is done properly and for your best interest. She even lent me her own personal car at one point. Please try this place out. I have purchased quite a few cars on my lifetime and this truly has been the best experience buying a car. Thank you very much for your patience and honest communication with my family and I. Please see Beverly. You will not regret it.

Absolutely avoid this dealership at all costs…read more I received an unsolicited mailer from Thrifty Car Sales despite never having any prior contact with this business or even knowing they existed. The mailer included a lottery-style scratch-off game claiming that if you revealed three matching symbols, you'd win the displayed prize. Surprise, surprise - I "won" $2,000 in Amazon gift cards! When I called to inquire (yes, I read the fine print and knew this was likely a scam, but curiosity got the better of me), I was told that wasn't actually the case. To find out what I had "really won," I would need to schedule an appointment to attend some event within the next few days. This is essentially the automotive equivalent of a Nigerian prince scam. Here's what bothers me most: -Questionable Data Collection: How did they get my personal information? I never requested contact from this business, yet somehow they have my name and address. -Intentionally Deceptive Marketing: This isn't clever marketing - it's a deliberate attempt to mislead potential customers with a dollar-store version of McDonald's Monopoly that's designed to make people think they've won something they haven't. -Wasted Resources on Lies: Think about this - this business spent considerable time, money, and resources creating and mailing out materials specifically designed to deceive people they hope to do business with. What does that tell you about their integrity? If a car dealership's first interaction with you involves lying and manipulation, what do you think the actual car-buying experience will be like? Save yourself the headache and find a dealership that doesn't need to resort to scammy tactics to get customers in the door. There are plenty of honest car dealers out there - Thrifty Car Sales is clearly not one of them.

It's anything but snappy (referring to long waiting time in line) but it gets the job done. The…read moreoptions on the machine are so faded you can barely understand how to use it but after a second I figured it out. I had no issues using my card.

Coin receptacle would not accept quarters , so I used the card reader with my atm card. There was no instructions on how to start or stop the timer and charges involved. as soon as it accepted my card the timer started , so I lost 30 seconds before i realized I was on the clock. I ran the sprayer for for 5 minutes and then pushed a button on the card reader and the spray shut off . There was no explanation on how to end the timer so I took my best guess and with the mystery button it shut down. The reader display indicated a $2.50 charge to my card , so I accepted that as a reasonable fee since the posted fee was $1.50 for 3 minutes. CheckEd my online banking and a charge of $10.00 was posted to my account from Snappy Hot wash, Mountain Home ID, Reading other reviews indicate that others have been over charged with little response from trying to call the phone number posted on yelp for a resolution. I won't waste my time by trying to contact the owners , but will definitely avoid patronizing this trashy run down place in the future.
