She gladly made the reservation and stated she would send the confirmation and directions by email. She did do this; however, the confirmation and directions were for an ATV trip at Camp Hale. This was not what we wanted so I called her the next day to correct this. I cannot believe how rude and condescending Jane treated me on the phone. She said that I could not possibly have booked a trip at Vail Pass because they did not offer them. When I told her that I saw this on their website, she told me it wasn't there and I obviously did not read. When I asked her to contact the company that she did make a reservation with, she told me to do it herself. To Jane, the customer is not right, she is. We did do a trip and unfortunately, she will probably get a percentage of what we spent. She was horrible and will not get any additional money from us. We are local and will make sure to tell our friends and visitors to avoid using High Country Activities. There are plenty of excellent tour vendors!
