I made a reservation to rent a car for a week while on vacation. This location wouldn't let me rent the car because I didn't have an address within Colorado. Now I don't have a car! I rented at this same location earlier in the year and had no issues. read more

Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Requirements on enterprise's website. - Car Rental Near Me - Silverthorne, Colorado

We desperately need a car here in Silverthorne on a Saturday morning and this place is closed all day Saturday and all day on Sunday forcing us to take a taxi all the way to Glenwood Springs, Colorado to rent a car. Most certainly Not with Enterprise. I happened to find another person at this location also looking for a car to rent. We shared a taxi to Glenwood Springs and neither of us will ever consider renting from Enterprise. read more

Shoutout to Jared Yates for the great customer service. Thank you for help when we needed to exchange the car.

Oh how Enterprise in Silverthorne has saved me!! Logan Johnson, the branch manager deserves a raise! My car was badly hit on an icy road, requiring it to be in a body shop for months. The first rental I got didn't have great tires and I was distraught over being without my own vehicles - and snow tires this winter! I live in Breckenridge and constantly need to drive in tons of snow. Logan went above and beyond to. get me switched into a more suitable vehicle to keep me safe. Thank you, thank you!! Let it snow, I'm as ready as I can be. read more

If I was able to give more than 5 stars I would! If you need a car go see Logan at the Silverthorne location. He has been nothing but amazing & so helpful, from start to finish he has made the process so easy! 12/10 recommend this location, thanks Logan! read more

The team here of McKinley, Scott and Austin are a fantastic group. After we experienced a weather-related accident in our rental car that we got through a low-cost rental car company, they sprang into action and got us into a wonderful vehicle that was way more appropriate for the winter road conditions in Breckinridge. Austin drove all the way from Silverthorne to Breckinridge to pick me up and quickly get me into our new vehicle. Again, I want to express my sincere thanks to the Enterprise team in Silverthorne and I'll definitely be using Enterprise from now on. read more

Recently had to rent a truck at the last minute to pick up a bench in Denver. Logan at the Silverthorne, CO location was AWESOME to work with. He got us the truck and on our way quickly with absolutely no hassle. read more

Logan was super friendly and efficient. What a nice surprise keep up the good work :-)

WHAT A JOKE!!! Reserved 2 weeks ahead of time drive 45 miles to get my car and told they don't have a car, and then told a badly needed oil change, the car needed, and I could come the next day. Just do your job people. Cancelled my Enterprise card. read more

We just went into this enterprise with a rental Car that we just picked up 2 hours ago in Denver, with a mail in our tire. We called the 800 number with our issue and they told Us to go to the nearest Enterprise lot (4 Minutes away from us). He explained that they were closing soon but they would Call the lot and tell them we were 4 minutes away and they could trade The car out for us. We walked in at 5:02 and the man working told us that they were Closing and didn't have time to deal with us. read more

I picked up a rental car here and used it for several days to get to and from several ski resorts while staying in Dillon. I was extremely impressed and very satisfied with the experience! It was snowing heavily when I arrived and Tessa helped me load all my bags into the car to minimize the time we had to spend outside. She also took care of everything promptly on my return and the entire process was smooth and painless. I also thought the price was very reasonable and the car itself was in great shape. I'll be happy to rent a car here again on my next visit. read more

Charged me twice on the same purchase and now I'm having issues with my bank account because of them they're lucky I don't hire attorney and sue them after all the reviews I've seen over the years I am in contact with attorney and they better be f****** ready to go ahead to head pieces of s*** and you be stupid to get a f****** car from these people read more

I have to say a huge thank you to Brittany Navarro at Enterprise Rent-A-Car at the Silverthorme, CO location. We had to work through some car rental issues I made through Enterprise where the reservation calls go through another location. The Silverthorne location didn't handle the initial reservation. Brittany was very professional and pleasant to work with in getting me the vehicle I needed and overcoming the issues. She works at that location alone doing everything from cleaning the cars. handling the incoming customers and everything else. I'm very grateful for her nice and pleasant demeanor yesterday after a long day of travel. Thank you again Brittany. I hope you get a chance to see this review. Very grateful. read more

First the bad: Just remember that at Enterprise a reservation means that they will see if they happen to have any cars when you get there. Had a 10am reservation and I changed it to 9am. When I got there at nine, I was told to come back at ten. Okay. That's fine, but then the car ended up not being ready until after 11am. I was told they had 5 cars and 42 reservations for the day so apparently I got lucky that they even had a car for me. On the plus side, all of the employees were very nice and professional. Not their fault that Enterprise is a terrible car rental company that doesn't care about having enough cars to fulfill reservations. read more

DANGER! FRAUD ALERT!!! Scott at Enterprise rented me a beat up car bc he could not fulfill my reservation. He pointed out damages and offered to take pictures of the car bc there was significant damage on all 4 sides. I should have taken my own pictures bc Scott intentionally missed certain angles with the intent of blaming me upon my return. I have been driving for over 40 years and have never had an accident... I did not cause a bit of damage to this rental but Scott sent in a claim of over $4,000! He also claimed my insurance expired and FRAUDULENTLY charged me nearly $200. He/Enterprise are to be AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS. I FILED A CLAIM WITH BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. read more

Sucks. They cancelled my reservation before I go pick it up ....what's the meaning of "making reservation "？ Poor service and no ability of problem solving... Ruined my whole day schedule... Don't rent car from them !! read more

liars liars liars. Every employee will tell you different things. We got a flat tire and needed a replacement vehicle. Magdalena was the agent we spoke to, she literally lied to us and said there are no vehicles available. On top of that, she sent us to fix the tire. Ridiculous. I called roadside assistance again they said they have couple of vehicles available. So we come back to the enterprise location and Eric gave us a replacement vehicle. Ruined our day, our skiing trip. Thanks enterprise! read more

This place is the worst rental business I have ever had business with. We reserved an upgraded vehicle to pick us up in Breckenridge in the am for a day trip to see our son before catching a flight the following morning at Denver airport to go back home. The morning pick up time came and went but enterprise never showed up. No one ever called to advise us enterprise had no vehicles nor did they ever to advise us of any updates. Finally, after waiting several hours I called and spoke with manager "Eric." It was like pulling teeth to get information from this guy. Although this happened during winter season. Seems to me a "Manager" should be prepared with supplies to keep a business performing at maximum capacity. Otherwise, why would a manager be needed. I can only imagine the amount of profits lost under the derelict tutelage of this manager. read more

Can NOT say enough about the customer service I received!!!! They did not have a car for me on the day I wanted to rent but told me they would call if 1 came in (otherwise I would receive a car the next day). A couple of hours later they called and it was a 2 size upgrade without any extra charge! The guy who did all the paperwork then showed me features of the car and helped me pair my cell phone. He was extremely nice and helpful!!! read more

Very accommodating for our unique situation. Went the extra mile to make sure we drove away with a good experience!

We came on a Monday morning. It was a mad house, I felt sorry for the "team". They were working their tail's off. The phone never stopped ringing and there were 2 gentlemen, well, nimrod's actually, that were giving the young lady "hell" for something that was their fault. The manager had to step in, I don't know how the young lady kept from being in tears. Although we had to wait for the car, they did the best that they could, and kept us informed. The manager, the gentlemen cleaning up cars, and the young lady are to be commended for how they handled the overwhelming Monday am! 3/12/18. read more

Buyer beware!!! Enterprise does not honor your reservation. I had to give one star because you can't give Zero. I reserved a car 5 days in advance while in vacation. The morning I was going to pick up my rental I was told they didn't have one and couldn't help me. I had to get an uber at over $200!!! to Denver to rent another car..............Enterprise screwed up my Christmas vacation!!! Further more, my complaint was forward to the Regional Vice President.....as of this moment He/She has not responded and I feel they could care less. You've been warned read more

Prepare for a hefty wait time. One customer service rep with a line of people. Some change process management needed here desperately.

total shit show, the cars they rent are not designed for the snow or weather where they rent the cars. There is definitely a scam going on here. They rent you a car with summer tires during winter. Total fraud, rent a car with bald summer tires in winter. if you don't get the full coverage insurance you will be sued and screwed. Be very careful dealing with this fraudulent rental car company. We need to make laws to keep companies like this in control of this fraud. This is not cool, it is a set up to screw you. Please beware. "Fraud Company Enterprise" read more

Unbelievable, we reserved a car, 10 minutes before picking it up they call and said they made a mistake that they didn't have any cars left. What a bunch of bull. Worst service ever! read more

We had a horrible experience with this Enterprise branch. Our rental car broke down and they were unable to assist us in a replacement vehicle for 2 days. We ended up having to spend 2 days in a hotel until a replacement arrived. I had to miss 2 days of work, but worst of all my child who is taking medication after a bone marrow transplant was running low on medication and we needed to get home to refill. I will never rent from them again. read more

Staying at an RV in Breckenridge I realized I really needed a car. Enterprise picked me up and brought me to the office and I got a brand new vehicle. After I returned the car I got a call making sure I was satisfied. The staff were funny, respectful and knowledgeable. read more

After traveling all over the Country and renting many a car, I can say that this branch of Enterprise is the most professional and absolutely the best customer service I've enjoyed. I'll be returning here to have Elyse handle my rentals from now on. read more

Great customer service from Magdalena Franze-Soeln both when arrive and when we returned the car. The car was excellent as well.

I have been renting on a regular basis from the Silverthorne location and found the management, staff and drivers to be very professional and personable. I have not experienced a long wait and the cars are always clean and well serviced. I book on line and take advantage of the weekend specials and pick up service. All of this makes this my go to car rental location in Summit County. read more

Kendall's superior customer service was greatly appreciated when I needed to rent a car last minute on January 28th to take my family to the Denver Airport. My daughter fell ill and Kendall was not only understanding but offered to come pick us up at our hotel at a time that was convienent for us. The check out was fast and the car was clean. Dropping off the car at the airport was also as equally fast and efficient. Thank you! read more

Customer service is great, unless you have a problem with the car. I rented a car while my car was being repaired from an accident. When I picked up the car it was clear that the office was understaffed as there was a 30 minute wait just to pick up the car first thing in the morning, however, the employees were friendly. During the course of my rental I had the check engine light come on in the car, I contacted the office and they told me if it was running fine not to worry about it. The next day I noticed a large bubble in the sidewall of one of the tires, which made the car unsafe to drive. I contacted the office and they said they did not have a car available but would try to get me a new car the following day. I did not hear from them at all over the weekend and Monday I called to have them pick up the car. I was told they would call me back to arrange for pick up and they never did. I ended up calling the main 800 number and once I told them I would have the car towed at Enterprises' expense they made arrangements to come get the car. All and all I went four days without a car, which I'm sure they still charged the insurance company for, and they made no effort to find a replacement or make the situation right. If you are confident that you will get a safe operational car I say rent with them, if not find another company because they will make no effort to assist you if you have a problem. read more

They're very helpful for our customers, but unfortunately they quit working well with vendors. I tried for 4 weeks to get a truck with a hitch. Each week was a new excuse or something close but not what I needed. I quit going to enterprise after the 4th failed attempt. I don't know what happened here but I do miss the guys that ran this place much better. I never had a problem until the 2 new girls started! Ugh read more

Enterprise is claiming we are liable for three dents in the back of the vehicle we returned. We will appeal this claim as the initial rental facility in Pueblo told me the rep for Enterprise had just backed into something (and that in fact, he was always bumping into things) while bringing the car from the downtown facility. We ultimately returned the vehicle at the Silvrthorne location. We also disagree the supposed dents are beyond the two inches required for filing and the rep would not demonstrate how they measured that large despite our repeated requests. The Silverthorne Manager stated "he just knows they are because he does this all day long." I have video of that as well. We will not pay this claim without an appeal because we do not create damage to the vehicle, we did not and disagree the size of the dents. The Silverthorne facility Manager was unprofessional with his claims and actually told us "we were blowing his mind" because we disagreed with him. He refused to put us in touch with his manager by telephone or email. He said "we would have to call Enterprise to find out." He also never once offered to call the Pueblo office and sort this out. He suggested we call Pueblo. When I called the Pueblo office, the Pueblo rep I initially worked with committed to me that she would not allow the Silverthorne facility (where I ultimately returned it)to place this claim. I have video and photo of the "dents," and my convo with the Pueblo rep. We will not take responsibility for this claim and we expect more professional dialogue from the Enterprise Manager at the Silverthorne location.Take personal pictures of the car you rent from every angle. read more

Economy car rented with "all season tires" was horrible in the snow - it certainly explains all the rental cars being towed off the interstate passes over the last couple of days. While they may be "compliant with Colorado's traction law" and they'll say this repeatedly, a car that can't manage 2 inches of snow on a flat surface and barely negotiate an interstate on-ramp just a few blocks from the rental facility should not be rented during the winter in the mountains. Road side assistance took several hours. Tom was very pleasant but the girl working there had quite an attitude trying to place blame on a driver who's driven professionally up here for years without incident and commutes daily over Vail Pass without any issues (I've lived here for more than 16 years). She was the one who earlier the same day said she normally doesn't recommend this type of car for these conditions, but changed her tune to "these are great cars and most people don't have any problems" later when I inquired about a refund given this car was more of a problem than it was helpful. read more

Service was AWFUL!!!!!! Wish I could give 0 stars. Had to go back multiple times to be told "we don't have a car for you." Kendall also told me "I'm sorry you forgot what I told you yesterday, but I know I told you it." How RUDE from a manager!! Then, after picking me up in Breck and taking me the 35 mins to Silverthorne, I was told that I did not qualify for a car today after they told me I just need to show up tomorrow when I was there the day before. When I was completely out of options I asked the other manager, Tom, if I could get a ride back to Breck his response was "Can't, too close to closing time, my worker is leaving and I am personally not giving you a ride home." So after they brought me to Silverthrone they left me stranded to find my own way home for the second night in a row. Beware of this place. Management doesn't care about you or your experience. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED BY MANAGERS IN MY LIFE!!!!! However, John, the porter, was great! Loved him. read more
