We are close to his Sunshine Summit office which is open on Monday and Wednesday. Sorry, you Julian people have to share! ;-) When my son had driven down from up North to fix my underground plumbing and had a headache and his back was killing him, from the hard labor, we drove up to the Julian office to get him an adjustment. He was good as new again before his long drive back up North. Years ago Dr. Denny even fixed my little dog who had hurt his back leg and would not walk on it. Doctor adjusted his whole spine with his little popper tool. The dog yelped on the first one and then just relaxed into it. Then he walked away and pooped! Guess he was pretty relaxed! So if you're hurtin' Monday through Friday, and he's at the office further away from you, it's definitely worth the 45 min drive and it's a beautiful drive! I sometimes go to the Julian Office just so I can stop for Julian Pie and Dudley's bread at the intersection in Santa Ysabel! ;-)

She was prompt via email (which is a big plus in my book), professional, and extremely accommodating with my last minute and finicky requests. We accidentally arrived 15 minutes early but she was ready to go and got us taken care of. This was my girlfriends first massage and she was very nervous going in. Becky was her masseuse and she came out happy and relaxed. A colleague of Becky's did my massage and was equally wonderful. I am athletic and have a very tight neck and back. She did some serious digging(at my request), exposed me to some completely new techniques, and I left happy and limber. The entire experience, from ambiance to the actual massage, was great. I have to say this is the most amazing massage I've ever had! The woman used a couple techniques I'd never had before and a few of my favorites. I was incredibly relaxed even when she was doing the deep work. She took the time before we started to find out why I was there, not just what was physically bothering me but any stress I was carrying. I went in with lower back, neck, and shin pain as well as nervous/anxious energy about an upcoming event I didn't feel prepared for. I walked in a ball of nerves and pain and left floating. I felt emotionally clearer and physically pain free. I will definitely be back again. Gonna make this a regular monthly treat.

A year ago, before my first visit with Dr Jensen, I was in constant pain from a bulging disc…read more(L5/S1) that caused severe sciatica pain and numbness in my leg in addition to back pain and bouts of it "going out". It had been going on for years, waxing and waning in intensity, at times severely restricting my activity and ability to manage my day to day life. I'd been through all the primary care/insurance hoops: specialists, injections, PT, even acupuncture...I was told I was on the road to back surgery but that my best course of action was to suffer and bear it for as long as possible. About a year ago during an excruciating flareup, I limped into Dr Jensen's office desperate for relief. He told me that (contrary to what the surgeons had told me), that bulging discs can often be fixed through chiropractic treatment through adjustments which allow the disc to heal (his explanation was a lot more detailed and technical than that). Anyway I didn't know what to believe (after being told the opposite by multiple surgeons) but was willing to try anything. I started off with his new patient exam and an adjustment. He recommended I start by coming 2-3x per week - which surprised me - but his discounted one month bundles made it affordable. He also assured me that the frequency would go down quickly. The first adjustment brought immediate relief - not all the way to zero pain, but a step in the right direction. Each adjustment had me feeling progressively better and better over the next few weeks, with the relief lasting longer and longer, to the point of being pain free most of the time. We were able to incrementally decrease frequency to once a week, once every other week, and finally to once-monthly maintenance. Fast forward a year later to today, and I've been keeping up with my maintenance and living pretty much pain free. It will occasionally act up when I tweak it - but now that my muscles are "used to" being in an aligned position, it usually goes back by itself (vs before when every tweak would contribute to a downward spiral). On the occasions where it starts hurting (usually due to excessive sitting/travel or overdoing it at the gym) I just go back for my monthly alignment a little early. In addition to all but eliminating my sciatica issues, he's also been maintaining my neck, upper back, hip, knees, feet and ankles which has elevated my overall wellness and mobility and greatly reduced a lot of my general aches and pains that I'd been living with. I'm now a believer in chiropractic care - specifically in Dr Jensen's ability to detect and correct issues that I might not even realize I have until that pain is gone. So much that I convinced my (very stubborn) husband to go and he's an even bigger fan than I am! We both go to him religiously and sing his praises. His online booking system makes it super fast and convenient to see when the appointments are available and to schedule one. Also, he's a pretty awesome guy and is a pleasure to interact with. I highly recommend Dr Jensen to anyone looking to reduce their pain and improve their overall wellness and mobility. His care has been a game changer for me.
