I booked a Groupon $88 couples massage, regular $145, online. The facility is extremely clean, well…read morekept, and very nice. We arrived early and they didn't mind performing the service early. The ladies were very professional, the room was nicely decorated, heat pads under the blankets. The music was relaxing and at a good level. The ladies used hot towels on our feet, massaged us full body using lavender lotion. This was an amazing service for $88. I tipped 20% on the regular price of $145. Tax was $4.25. I highly recommend, would return.

I decided to go for it as the prices aren't too bad and the good reviews were still good. the spa is in a strip mall and the ambiance is very similar to some of the other nicer strip mall spas I've been ton. Not the nicest spa around but also not the price structure of one of those spas. The staff was nice, we got early and they got us in early to boot. The couple's room is not what I pictured from TV (I've never had one before) but it was just two treatment rooms with the curtain opened. so we were only kind of in the same room. I do imagine the rooms is strange when you aren't in a couple's massage as there is just a curtain between you and someone else unless i'm missing something else about the room to add privacy. The massage was very eclectic - there was a mix of regular massages, use of hot rocks at times and some shiatsu. A mixture that was quite nice and yet I've never had in combo before. Over all we quite enjoyed our time there and I might have made my spa newbie fiance a bit more high maintenance... heh.

If it was possible to give a business less than a star, this establishment would receive it. I was…read morea bridesmaid in my friend's wedding this past weekend and the bridal party was to get our hair done together at this salon. What should have been a fun, low key way to start the day turned out to be a nightmare. As mentioned in Heather G.'s review, Francine lost a couple of appointments that the other bridesmaids had for their hair and kept trying to insist we did not call at all. First off, even getting an appointment was a lesson in patience since it took forever to get a hold of anyone. The salon is clearly very unorganized, because when I was called, I was told there were no availabilities at 2pm (with the bride) and when another girl called, they told her we had already been booked in with the bride at 2pm. Here's what actually is the deal: Francine is the only one there to do ANYONE'S hair or makeup at any given time. Appointments really don't matter because even if you have one, you get to sit around and watch her do someone else's hair during yours. Moving on to her styling "skills": I asked for loose waves and had several pictures to show her of what I meant. What I got instead were pageant worthy curls. When I asked her if she could loosen them, she told me they would fall on their own. Telling her I have naturally curly hair that doesn't "fall" didn't seem to make a difference. In fact, although Francine initially asks you what you would like, it became clear very quickly that it does not matter because she will a) do what she wants anyway, and b) completely ignore any suggestions you make. Requests for her to go easy on the hair spray were met with her getting defensive and doing it anyway. If someone's behavior could be explained by the massive amounts of hairspray they inhale daily, then I think we have one clue into her erratic behavior. I ended up putting my hair into a low ponytail myself, and sat there thinking how I just paid $80 for something I usually do at home for free. Yes, here is the other kicker: a regular styling appointment costs $30+ but if you're with a bridal party, they automatically charge you $65 AND will include the gratuity in the price. I won't go into detail about the bride's experience, since she also wrote a review here herself, but the outcome was her crying on her wedding day about her terrible experience at this salon, and us completely redoing her hair and makeup at the hotel. When a friend went back to the salon to try to remedy the situation, Francine was once more defensive, and even tried to blame the bride before finally saying how she was just really tired. I've worked in the service industry all my life and I can safely say this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. How this woman is in business at all is mind boggling considering the way the salon is run. I'm not even certain she is the owner, since when I asked her at the beginning of my appointment if the salon is hers, she stated that she just works there, but then scoping them out on the Better Business Bureau shows her as the main contact. Liar? Crazy? You decide. All I know is that between the bride and three bridesmaids, we spent over $400 at the salon that day, and came away with a crying bride and a bad taste in our mouths (possibly due to the can of hairspray she used on each of us).

Absolutely by far the worst experience I have ever had in a salon…read more Do not use this salon for wedding services or anything else. I recommend that you go with Loft. Much better customer service.
