VERY reasonable pricing on looking the car over, repairs, inspections, and labor. Being in a family with many cars, many things seem to go wrong quickly over the years. It's good to have an honest person to rely on to keep you on the road for the years to come!!!

Be warned. This garage will not replace a faulty part they installed, even though their parts…read moresupplier would no doubt replace the defective item under their own guarantee. So, I presume it can only be that the owner refused to have his son work at the replacing the part without generating income. Oh, and I should "go back to where I came from." I'm white, but the phrase is offensive and belittling for us all. I have been further pondering my situation. The parts suppliers around the area proclaim that they supply a two-year guarantee on radiators, while many insist that a lifetime warranty is the norm. And so it seems obvious to me what my recent mechanic articulated: "This is a used radiator. A new radiator would not be spewing antifreeze all along the top." Thanks a pantsful Ashley Auto. I haven't left the driveway for well over a year without replenishing antifreeze. Well played.

I went here for the first time the other day for snow tires. I got a great price on two brand new…read moresnows for my car. Not bad... They were installed very quickly and I had minimal wait time.... My only complaint is a big one..... After mentioning that my lug nuts were over tightened by a previous installer they went and did the same thing! When I got my car home I had a very hard time loosening the lugs with an oversized snap-on breaker bar! My point is clear! If a family member of yours got a flat tire on the highway they would never be able to get the lugs off to change the tire especially if using the lug wrench that came with the car! It appears that to get meticulous service like I ask for you still have to go to a professional garage that will use the correct tools to torque your wheels properly.

TL/DR: Good work but difficult and disorganized people. Experiences vary but do think twice before…read moreyou invest on them. I am a student and had to bear the whole repair cost of my car and so I asked for a discount. I got a good discount after talking to the owner but then they reduced it. I understand that repair estimate can never be final cost but still asked if I could get the initial discount just to test my luck in the day of picking up the car. A guy named Alex, I guess the son of the owner said '...we put your shit together here....there are parts, sales tax...so if you want your car today you have to pay xxxx...'. I picked up my car and left. I realized they are not '...that's the best we can do, man. sorry that you have to go through this...' type of people. Also they called me on a random day and gave me 2 days to pick up the car midweek or storage fee starts which felt like an ultimatum. I called the next day to request to withdraw the storage fee and the person picked said he can't because the owner is in vacation. Apparently the customers have to suffer because none else can take a decision while the owner is in vacation. This place is family-owned. I do appreciate the detailed inspection and overall repair, though. But they heavily lack basic people skills and organizational skills and trust me you want that.
