He confirmed the hot water heater needed to be replaced and the new installation would be brought up to code. Kyle made several calls and was able to schedule Travis to come up Saturday for the install which was great since ALL the water to the house had to be shut OFF! Saturday morning Travis called to let me know he was on his way. The burners in our 28 year-old Trane furnace had randomly started turning off before the set temp was reached, but the furnace would continue to blow unheated air through the system. Turns out, the flame sensor just needed to be cleaned. Rather than sell me a new part (or a new furnace!), he cleaned the part & checked all the other components. Problem resolved!!
