He confirmed the hot water heater needed to be replaced and the new installation would be brought up to code. Kyle made several calls and was able to schedule Travis to come up Saturday for the install which was great since ALL the water to the house had to be shut OFF! Saturday morning Travis called to let me know he was on his way. Within a couple of hours the old hot water heater was pulled out (and he took it with him for disposal ) and a new Rheem hot water heater rated for my altitude was installed. By 6/30 Tuesday at 8AM, there was a plumber over to assess the situation. Then a remediation team arrived later that day. The home was remediated and cleaned up for a few days. Their attention to detail even with the plastic draping to protect the contents inside the home was very much appreciated.
