I had a second floor bathroom toilet plumbing leak into my living room right before the 4th of July holiday weekend. I also had family visiting during the toilet leak and their company and scheduler was able to get me on their BUSY schedule 2 days after I called for service on a Sunday afternoon through American Home Shield - home warranty. By 6/30 Tuesday at 8AM, there was a plumber over to assess the situation. Then a remediation team arrived later that day. The home was remediated and cleaned up for a few days. Their attention to detail even with the plastic draping to protect the contents inside the home was very much appreciated. Their exceptional customer service and dedication to doing the job right truly set them apart. I will definitely refer them to family and friends for any future plumbing or restoration needs. A special Mahalo Nui Loa - Thank you very much to the WWPHC team Robert - plumber, Zach Duncan and Garron for their hard work and professionalism. Appreciate you three so much for going above and beyond over the hectic holiday week. Note as of Friday, 7/3 - the remediation services were completed but the reset of the toilet by their plumber will be completed after the holiday weekend and after the tile is set in the bathroom *I can update this review after the plumber resets the toilet in my bathroom.

I would seriously think twice before hiring BullsEye Heating & Plumbing…read more Let's start with the biggest issue: they performed work at my house without pulling the required permit. I only found that out afterward. I was originally given an estimate of around $1,200 to install my water softener system. By the time they left, they were trying to charge me around $3,000--and the system wasn't even finished. I still have the bags of salt sitting in my garage while the water softener equipment is downstairs because they never actually finished getting the system set up and operational. The installer also showed up apparently unprepared for the job. They had to use my dolly to move the equipment. He was complaining that the company should have sent another person because the equipment was so heavy and needed to be hauled downstairs. Instead, I ended up helping with something I was paying a professional plumbing company thousands of dollars to handle. Then when I questioned why the bill was so much higher than the estimate, everything went downhill. Rather than simply explaining the charges and working with me to finish the job, they became extremely rude on the phone and did not want to come back and correct or complete the work. And honestly, I probably should have known what kind of experience I was in for when the technician had trouble just backing the company van out of my property. At the time I laughed it off because plenty of people can't drive. Looking back, it was just the beginning. So my experience was: approximately $1,200 estimate, approximately $3,000 bill, unfinished system, no permit pulled, my equipment used to perform their work, me helping move their equipment, and then an attitude when I questioned the bill. I hired a professional plumbing company because I expected the job to be handled professionally from beginning to end. That absolutely was not my experience with BullsEye Heating & Plumbing.
