I had to wait for one week for service but I was OK with that because I wanted to support this company directly after doing my research. They came and had me back to a safe operational level of water pressure in my house in less than 15 min. While at my home they took the time to also explain other plumbing questions I had. Very friendly, very professional folks and I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs. PS, they even do water heaters and know the local codes for Colorado Springs city requirments.

Technicians Kevin and LaMonte quickly located the source--a rusted nail that had punctured our copper pipe--and made the repair efficiently. However, we continued to hear a faint dripping sound inside the wall, indicating a second leak. They soon discovered another rusted nail in the copper pipe and fixed that as well. Both issues were resolved swiftly and professionally. When the invoice arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable cost--it was far lower than I had anticipated. I highly recommend Kevin, LaMonte, and the Hodges team for their excellent workmanship. They earned my full trust, and I will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs. You won't be disappointed with their service.

Our water heater unexpectedly failed one evening, leaving us without any hot water. The very next…read moremorning, we contacted Ace at Water Heater Pros, and from that point on, the experience was exceptional. Ace arrived at our home within an hour of our call. We texted pictures and specifics of our prior water heater's failure which helped him have our old water heater removed and a higher-quality Rheem water heater installed in about 40 minutes. It was incredible to watch how efficiently and professionally he worked. We were amazed to have hot water restored so quickly. What impressed us even more was that Water Heater Pros' pricing was right in line with--or even less than--several competitors we contacted. The difference was that those companies couldn't schedule a replacement for anywhere from two days to nearly a week, while Ace had us back up and running the same morning. Ace was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to answer all of our questions. He also discussed our home's high water pressure and made recommendations to help protect the new water heater and extend its lifespan. It was clear that he genuinely cares about doing the job right, not just getting in and out as quickly as possible. The installation was neat, clean, and professionally done, and the entire work area was spotless when he finished. If you're looking for a company that offers fair pricing, exceptional service, rapid response, and quality workmanship, I can't recommend Ace and Water Heater Pros highly enough. They turned what could have been a stressful, days-long inconvenience into one of the smoothest home repair experiences we've ever had. Five stars all the way. Thank you, Ace!

We were referred to Calibrating Air through our Home Warranty company. It is always nerve racking…read moretrying to find a good company each time we move. Let me just say this...we could not be MORE THANKFUL to have been referred to such a RESPECTABLE business!! We had Steve Ray and another technician drop by for a standard A/C inspection. I was highly impressed at the time they took to not only inspect our A/C, but to also take the time to educate me on our shut-off valves (water, gas, etc), what to do in case of an emergency, and how to make our home more efficient in how we use our A/C. Being new to Colorado and having a basement, the tips shared on how to maximize our A/C's air output to cool our home was invaluable! I actually feel confident in what we are doing in our home to save energy costs! So, now lets top it all off with service standards that speak volumes above the rest! While servicing our A/C they noticed our fan was filthy and suggested getting it cleaned. Long story short, the previous homeowners did not service the A/C properly! We were so thankful to get this serviced. Unfortunately, a day or so later we were hearing metal on metal noises coming from the basement. After calling the 24 hour line, we had Steve back at our house within a half hour (at night on a Friday). Turns out that all the gunk in the fan was cushioning the issues with the bearings, masking the need to get the motor replaced. My heart sank! I knew it was not anything they did...but nonetheless it is not something you want to hear right before vacation. Steve called the owner to see if he could get us a deal. Long story short, since they were the last people out working on the fan, even though we all knew it was not their fault, they cut us a deal no one could refuse (and had it fixed that night)...I was just about in tears! It is SO nice to find a reputable business who is truly looking out for its customers, who has employees who believe in what they do and make a difference! There is no doubt that we will be using Calibrating Air Heating & Cooling for our annual inspections and any other issues that may arise.
