From the initial consult, to the constant communication and scheduling, to the final install - I am very pleased with the quality of work, flexibility and professionalism. But when he did his inspection and came upon some issues that could potentially become bigger issues for me if not taken care of; I decided to take action. He did not push or try to sell anything. He was very straightforward about what he and his team wanted to accomplish. He walked me through everything I needed to do and even did a follow-up after the work was done. My roof looks so good! I'm happy that I went with them. Everything actually went well from beginning to end. They got my roof done in great timing!! They also cleaned up the mess pretty well. I came home to a brand new roof. I am very pleased with the service I received. If Allen Chase and his coworker Emma knocks on your door and you are in need of roof improvements, hear them out and get it done. You will not be disappointed!

I cannot overstate how good of a job JA Tile (Jackson and Alina) did with our shower overhaul…read more Unfortunately, they were tasked with re-doing work done by another contractor that was unacceptable and failed to meet industry standards in nearly all ways possible. From the first meeting to the final clean-up, Jackson and Alina were consummate professionals who genuinely cared about the quality of their work. Communication was awesome throughout. They walked us through the process, made sure we knew exactly what was needed and when, and followed through on all promises made. When the job was done, they went above and beyond to clean the work space. I have used many contractors over the years and none have cleaned up the way JA Tile did. They are, without question, on speed dial for ALL of our future tile needs. I talked with and considered some of the bigger companies, but none were able to match the customer service and personalization offered by JA Tile. Bigger doesn't necessarily mean better. If you haven't spoken with them, don't hesitate. You will be very happy with what JA Tile has to offer. Thanks Jackson and Alina for a job VERY WELL DONE! We couldn't be happier.
