Over…read morethe years, he has completed three major projects for me, and every single one has been flawless. Project 1 (2013): Ray installed in-wall surround sound speakers, converted my old phone jacks into Ethernet jacks, and set up my home LAN. Everything worked absolutely perfectly for the entire 12 years I lived in that home. Project 2: He did a complete overhaul of my living room surround sound setup. Ray recommended the perfect on-wall speakers for the space, installed them flawlessly, and calibrated the system to perfection. Project 3: Most recently, he installed 6 in-wall Dolby Atmos speakers in my dedicated theater room. The audio environment he created is incredible. Every single installation has been incredibly clean, professional, and well-communicated. Ray is super friendly, highly knowledgeable, courteous, and a true master of his craft. His work is worth every single penny. If you want the job done right the first time by someone you can trust, look no further than R&N Technical!

Because of that, I selected "local delivery" with the intention of calling first thing in the morning to see if I could pick it up instead. Nathan was able to make that happen, even after I had been told via email by someone else that it wasn't possible - so I really appreciate that! Even though we had to wait a bit in store while he was helping another customer, I genuinely respected how he gave them his full attention without rushing or getting distracted. When it was our turn, he was incredibly friendly and helpful, and took the time to share what he personally liked about each of the headphones we were trying out for fun. If I need anything audio related in the future, I'll definitely be coming back - and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to others.

My wife said "let's go find you a new system" and I found it's not as easy as it used to be. There's the big blue box store, cheap systems in other superstores, and buying online. I wanted to hear the system before buying. The first place I went to showed me systems 5 times my budget and way too big for my home office. I thought I'd have to go to Denver. Luckily, I found The Sound Shop and I was finally in a place that appreciated high-end sound but also understood not everyone needs a $15K system. Scott was awesome to talk with and he showed me the right system for me. He let me spend all the time I wanted playing different music and had loads of suggestions about music, speakers, and just seemed like he knew exactly what I wanted. There was a bit of a delay getting the system due to the chip shortage that's going on, but Scott and crew stayed in touch and got me back into the audiophile world and I couldn't be happier. Thanks, Sound Shop folks, especially Scott. I'll be back for a home theater system very soon!
