Situated in (literally) the middle of nowhere is this hidden oasis and beautiful lush of natural foliage. Located approximately 30 minutes away from the bustling city of Baguio, if not for its oversized wall sign, you'd most likely miss it if you were driving too fast.
There is a fee to get in (discounted for senior citizens, students and kids) and it's well worth it. A detailed map is provided for patrons to follow for the discovery of the different gardens they are showcasing.
It's something else. Every area is tagged with description and beautifully set up. Every section is uniquely patterned and designed. It's a different experience going from one segment to another. It really was like being transported to a different world.
If you're far enough from the entryway, the only unwelcoming noise is the occasional faint zoom of a vehicle going by. Otherwise, there's nothing more than the sounds of a faint brook or some birds singing some lovely tunes.
It is a trek, so dress comfortably and wear comfy walking shoes. The self-tour will require climbing up and down some stairs.
TIP: There is an eatery available. A good way to enjoy a meal while taking in this nature's beauty.
If you have an afternoon open, this is a great place to spend it. Bring a book if you have the time.
