For female patients it is very hard to find a primary doctor that does pap smears during your annual physical exam but she does. You can even call the same day and get an appointment. Only downfall is Dr. C does not do skin PPD (tuberculosis) tests required for many healthcare jobs. I highly recommend this very kind, intelligent doctor.

I wrote a review years ago and it disappeared, so this is long overdue…read more I think I first saw Dr Fletcher in 2017 after I fell off of a table at school and injured my arm. I saw him a year or so later when I had, again, fallen at work and injured my knee. At that time, I joked about being "clumsy" and having had broken/injured many body parts (foot, ankle, knee, ribs, hand, ulna, shoulder, skull). Although all my doctors knew of my previous injuries, Dr. Fletcher was the very first one to state that it was not normal to have so many falls. I though he was joking when he referred me to my first neurologist, Dr. Bruce Barton (great, but just retired.) I had been noticing that I was getting much weaker on one side with more obvious symptoms appearing and drastically affecting my functionality. 30+ doctors either dismissed my complaints or prescribed another do-nothing-but-make-me-sick medication. After a many brain/spine scans, it was discovered that I have an exceedingly rare (NORD -national organization for rare disorders) and progressive neurological problem. After 265 appointments with multiple surgeons/specialists in 18 months, I now have some sort of plan. Fast forward and I am no longer able to work, but thankfully kept seeing Dr. Fletcher with more falling injuries. I had a very painful, torn knee meniscus and he fixed me up beautifully! (I could finally get some exercise with 4 stable points of contact on a stationary bike.) I still use a cane for walking when dizziness is extreme. This year, after so many previous falls onto my shoulder, it was hurting 24/7 and would keep me awake with spasms. I tried physical therapy and cortisone shots, but I was so tired from sleep-deprivation that I was tripping more frequently. I am 3 weeks into Dr. Fletcher's rotator-cuff repair, and I can already feel a difference. I cannot begin to express my gratitude for finding Dr. Fletcher and his office of incredibly kind staff. After my experience these past few years, I know that a great, friendly staff makes any visit more pleasurable. Dr. Fletcher - my hero. Took 60 years, hundreds of doctors and dozens of surgeries for him to send me to the right person. He did a FABULOUS job on my knee and I'm now healing from his shoulder work. He is a Board-certified Orthopedic Surgeon who was recommended by an ex who worked in orthopedic surgery throughout the tri-county area. His words were, "He cares. He takes his time to do the best thing for the patient." This was not something he said often. A doctor came into the room and said she had no idea I was in there because everyone has gone to lunch and never told her. She asked me about my family history which was clearly written on the paperwork I filled out in the waiting room. The doctor wanted to get blood work done which I had already gotten a few weeks prior but said she needed new bloodwork to make sure there weren't any mistakes. The doctor wouldn't fill any Rx till I got my blood work done and made another appointment to come and get the results. I think I would be out of my mind to go back to this place.

I started with pelvic pain in June 2024, ended up in the ER many times for the following months and Dr Reynolds visited me there, I chose her to treat me because she helped me deliver my baby six years ago. only thing she said was that it was a ruptured cyst even tho I'd been in the ER several times. i had this excruciating pain for months and only thing she kept me on was pain killers and ultrasounds. this is unbelievable and unacceptable, keep in mind that I was paying out of pocket because she didn't take my insurance. only thing she wanted was my money. I switched to another dr in October after being in pain for so many months. on Friday 12/13/2024 I ended up in the er again with the same pain. Dr decided to leave me in the hospital and take me to surgery, yesterday 12/16/2024 I lost my right ovary due to how twisted it was. it wasn't twisted just once, twice or three times but FOUR TIMES. it was too late to save it. if only Dr Reynolds would've been more compassionate and eager to help me I wouldnt be here in a hospital bed without my right ovary.
