About a half hour later I received a phone call saying that the technician was finishing up at another job and that it may take an hour, but that he would come to me right after that. One hour later, I got a phone call that said he was not going to be able to make it at all. They asked if they could reschedule it for tomorrow. Absolutely not!

He started to tell me that it would be more cost-effective to replace it. He never took the cover off to look at the problem. When I told him to do so, he told me that he had no tools. I asked him how he expected to give me an estimate without actually looking at the problem. He told me that I would need a "technician" for that. I sent him packing. VERY unprofessional. VERY suspicious. I would never deal with a company like this. BUYER BEWARE!!

They saw what was wrong and fixed it. , Working with Zack and Eddie was a pleasure. They were on time, very friendly and were able to determine what was wrong. I was impressed with them. As a follow up, I asked them to provide me with an estimate for another project which we will do next month. So just had some outlet work done on my home. Where other electricians would shun in such a small…read morejob Mr. Valvo took it on. Again, he quoted me a great price and sent his team over a few days later. The team arrived nice and early, laid out tarp to protect the floors and went in full steam ahead. All the outlets were put in fine and afterwards they tested each one in front of me and made sure the GFCI operated correctly. Where other electricians wouldn't go the team went into my crawl space and made an impossible outlet in my bedroom possible. These are my electricians for good. So happy for Valvo electric.
