Friendly and fast but they greatly overcharge showing examples of why this and that need replacing. They do not provide a receipt either. If persistent they give you an Estimate sheet which is not a receipt. Also gives high estimates and drops the price considerably if you say you have to think about hiring them. Also gives huge discounts for cash. Even cash prices are much higher than competitors. They also replace things that don't need replacing. I paid them then another repair service came and showed me how the parts they replaced didn't need replacing. So disappointed I was tricked by them. So I came home from work and my wife mentioned the garage door wasn't working properly. I went out to take a look and found out one of the rollers was shattered and the door was not going to make it up or down many more times.
