It took 5 1/2 months for Wells Fargo to process the loan and turn me down, because they kept checking my credit line and driving the points down. I missed qualifying by one point. The processing took so long I kept having to resubmit information. Lisa refused to return my calls or my email and kept dragging out the process. Her supervisor Troy was no help and just supported Lisa, saying that Lisa just needed some additional training. If you are smart you will shop for a loan elsewhere. Lots of promises but no results, poor service, and a lot of frustration.

It took days to get call-backs or even responses via email, and every time I called Lisa, her mailbox is full so I end up having to call the branch (which she is never at) to give her messages. I attempted to move things along by trying to speak with Troy, her manager, but that was a total loss as well. He got back to me a week later and had nothing really to say other than the explanation that he didn't really know much about it. I was supposed to close on another property next week based off of the 4th closing date they gave me, and yet again, I am left utterly disappointed. This is the second property I have missed out on because of their hap-hazard way of going about things. It is a huge company, and I wish we had just gone with someone else, because it just seems like we are just another little house that has no real value to them
