It took 5 1/2 months for Wells Fargo to process the loan and turn me down, because they kept checking my credit line and driving the points down. I missed qualifying by one point. The processing took so long I kept having to resubmit information. Lisa refused to return my calls or my email and kept dragging out the process. Her supervisor Troy was no help and just supported Lisa, saying that Lisa just needed some additional training. If you are smart you will shop for a loan elsewhere. Lots of promises but no results, poor service, and a lot of frustration.

He got back to me a week later and had nothing really to say other than the explanation that he didn't really know much about it.
