He gave us some great ideas in our initial consultation and talked us out of some stuff that was either too expensive or just not worth it. Communication was timely and excellent. Project was completed on time and on budget. Shawn takes full ownership and responsibility for the work his company does. His workers are all insured and covered by WCB. We had both a plumber and an electrician (sub-trades recommended by Shawn) work on our house, and they both did quality work.

The men were very courteous when arriving at our residence. Knocking at the house prior to starting work to let us know they were there. They were extremely knowledgeable, and notified us when they found any extra deficiencies pertaining to our roof. Informing us prior to any extra work or what the extra cost would be. They gave fair value for their services. The only issue I had was not with the workers, but the truck delivering the supplies as the driver they contracted didn't know what he was doing and drove on our lawn, very minor skid mark though. However I was very surprised as to how professional the Holland Roofing Services were, as I didn't even have to mention it to them, and they came and levelled the lawn and reseeded the very next day. When there work was completed on our home they left the place immaculate.They arrived with vacuums and any extra or additional debris was cleared up flawlessly. Although the bin was taken a day to early the guys took all the left over remninants of garbage in their truck away. If you want exceptional roofing for your house to be done. Fast forward to this January when the downspout on my 3 story west facing wall was blown off in a major windstorm and I found it lying in my garden. I'm a widow in my 70s & even if I had a long enough ladder I couldn't fix it myself so I called them expecting a significant service & call out charge. Between COVID & the staffing problems all contractors are having today took it them a while, but two weeks ago they showed up put it back in place and added extra brackets to make sure it didn't come down again - same excellent work as the first time and no charge ! They also replaced our sewer and grey water lines all the way out to the city's collection lines under the street. It was a major project, and their team handled it professionally from start to finish. One of our biggest concerns was that the work would require excavating around a large, well-established garden. The crew took great care with our property, carefully protecting plants and restoring the garden when the work was complete. We were extremely impressed with the attention they gave to both the technical work and the restoration afterward. The quality of the work was outstanding, and the team kept us informed throughout the entire process. We always knew what was happening and what to expect next. More recently, we brought them back to repair a drain line in our basement. The job required jackhammering the floor, excavating a new trench, replacing connection hardware, and restoring the concrete floor. Once again, the work was completed to a very high standard.
