Terrible contracting company. Simply put: DO NOT HIRE…read more I hired DK Conquest to complete a kitchen renovation in my condo. After they completed the demolition phase of the project, I busted them trying to replace materials specified in the scope of work contract with cheaper and lower quality materials. When they were told to fix it, they decided to instead abandon the renovation project. After they abandoned the project, I also found out they never even ordered any of the other materials required (this was 2.5 months into the project!!!) After speaking with others that hired DK Conquest, I know for a fact they are involved in a number of lawsuits, big and small. Absolutely the worst contracting company. DO NOT HIRE FOR ANY REASON!

We highly recommend Kerrisdale Roofing and Drains…read more After the atmospheric river that hit the Lower Mainland in 2022 flooded our basement, we hired Kerrisdale Roofing and Drains to replace the drain tile around our home. They also replaced our sewer and grey water lines all the way out to the city's collection lines under the street. It was a major project, and their team handled it professionally from start to finish. One of our biggest concerns was that the work would require excavating around a large, well-established garden. The crew took great care with our property, carefully protecting plants and restoring the garden when the work was complete. We were extremely impressed with the attention they gave to both the technical work and the restoration afterward. The quality of the work was outstanding, and the team kept us informed throughout the entire process. We always knew what was happening and what to expect next. More recently, we brought them back to repair a drain line in our basement. The job required jackhammering the floor, excavating a new trench, replacing connection hardware, and restoring the concrete floor. Once again, the work was completed to a very high standard. What stands out most about Kerrisdale Roofing and Drains is their communication, professionalism, and commitment to doing the job right. Tim and his team were knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with throughout both projects. Their drainage expertise is second to none, and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and exceptional service. Thank you, Tim and team, for another job well done.

Salish United; under the leadership of Blake Duerden, came and gave a good estimate on both the time and price. His crew was able to: build a deck, waterproof the house, do some roof repairs, install lighting, drywall a recroom along with some plumbing projects. We constantly challenged their skills as opening up an old house always brings surprises. They were able to handle all this with good suggestions and some future preventative measures as well. I highly recommend this company as they deliver what they promise and in a timely manner.
