We found out through another builder that Eugene should have known we didn't have the funds to build the house, never mined the money needed to build the retaining wall. He is a scammer and fraud. If I had the money to sue his ass I would for everthing we lost. I've been told we have a case but not the up front cost for legal fees. I wish that we never even meet him.
