I ordered a helmet prior to arriving in Auckland so that I didn't have to carry it in my luggage, the delivery service was checked, however, after 2 weeks it had not arrived. I emailed and received no response, I arrived in Auckland and called to find they had misplaced the order, then it took another 5 days to get it to me only after I called numerous times. Hello staff friendly and I thought helpful until I purchased a Scorpion EXO 500 helmet which was recommended. Used it once and travelled at 60 km per hour and it was like gale force wind in your ears, so noisy. I use an ill fitted Oxford helmet which is so quiet in comparison. Tried to return but no success. Would not listen to them about helmets. read more
