The biggest issue is communication. It's difficult to get clear answers or know what's actually going on with your bike, and when concerns come up, the response can become unnecessarily defensive instead of simply addressing the problem. I've also had issues after repairs that left me questioning how thoroughly the work was checked before the bike was returned. I understand that things can go wrong with older motorcycles and not every issue is automatically the mechanic's fault. What matters is how a shop communicates and handles those situations, and that's where my experience here really fell short. But my experience with Ducati Beverly Hills left me deeply disappointed with the quality of the service, the communication, and the lack of accountability. I brought my Multistrada in for a full service and specifically asked them to address the clutch, which was making it difficult to change gears, an inaccurate fuel indicator, and the engine warning light. I also requested a thorough inspection of the motorcycle from A to Z. After paying approximately two thousand seven hundred dollars, I picked up the bike and, before I even got home, the engine warning light came back on. When I contacted the shop, I was told it was normal for the light to come on occasionally as long as it didn't stay on. But the problem continued on my next ride. I called again and was told to bring it back, which meant another five hundred dollars in transportation costs. When I asked John what testing they had done, he said they rode it in their alley. In my opinion, that was not sufficient to confirm the problem was resolved. The motorcycle then stayed at the shop for another three weeks. I again asked them to check the clutch because it felt no different after the original service. During that time, they were away for a week of training, but I was not given clear notice or a realistic timeline. The second time around, the engine light was finally addressed, but I was charged another eight hundred dollars. John said they had avoided replacing the wiring harness. From my perspective, I was paying again to resolve something I brought the bike in for originally. John said he rode it forty miles, but I can only speak to what I received. A clutch that still felt extremely soft and loose. I sent a video documenting this and plan to include it with this review, along with relevant messages. Between the initial service, the additional charge, and transportation, I spent around four thousand dollars, and the problems I asked them to fix were not fully resolved. What upset me most was the lack of accountability. Despite my follow-ups and video, I do not feel the shop took responsibility for returning my motorcycle with unresolved issues or for the added expense and inconvenience. After years of bringing my bike here, this experience has cost them my trust. I will not return. My recommendation to other customers is to get any repair scope, charges, and completion timelines in writing, and to ask how the work was verified before accepting the bike back. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Ducati Beverly Hills.

Old Harley Davidson's, Indians, BMW's amongst others. I did spy a really clean 1979 HD XLCR (Sportster Cafe Racer to you youngsters out there) that really took me back. I didn't see a soul in there, aside from a gentleman at a desk, which was cool since I was just looking and didn't want to bother anyone. It was nice just to see these cool bikes in this great environment. The shop was nice and cozy, and felt comfortable to just look. You should come by and check the shop out.
