Kitchen light fixture not repaired after three years. She manages someone else's private property, and takes no interest in anything other than collecting rent. Home was shown and rented in the middle of winter. Spring came, and all you could smell was dog urine. Requested cleaning, she brought a bottle of deodorizer. "Clean it yourself" was her response. When a minor appliance was requested to be replaced, she gave us 30 days notice to move. This woman deserves NOTHING in the way of commission from her customers. Staff is rude and not easy to work with and treat/ talk to people like they don't matter. Please save your time and money and apply somewhere else because they will always find a reason. And if you need more convincing please read the reviews of former tenants. They have little to no customer reviews above a 2 star rating so proceed with caution!!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMERS SERVICE AND RELATIONS: Over the past…read morethree weeks I have been in contact with Milanka, Irina and Aimee. I was treated like an imbecile by all three, but especially Irina. I was dismissed and was waiting on their response to see if I was approved for almost 2 weeks. Then, today I was told by Irina that ALL of the available two bedroom apartments were rented last week. She never told me if I was approved. I provided 6 months of on-time rental payment history, 6 months of bank statements, and a work contract to prove income. I have a VERY hard time believing that not only was that not enough to get approved but that every single 2 bedroom apartment was rented last week. So, not only did they lie but they acted as if they were above me. They treated a pregnant women with complete disrespect and disregard. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone. My recommendation is to take your business elsewhere. Do not make the same mistake I made.

They took 2 months and as soon as they took the management fee for the month of August, they stopped picking up my calls not waiting to give my keys, not completely paying the rents they received. There is still money in their account that they have not closed. They dont respond to my calls to explain. I went to their office to talk to them and pick up all my extra keys and found out the adress they have on file is not theirs but a hair salons. Gino who has been the main contact told me he doesn't work there anymore. Jim Miller is nowhere to be found. Workers are unprofessional and doesn't follow through a single promise. Stay miles away from these people!
