Months later I am battling Bermuda grass daily, and I am going to have to dig it all out myself and redo the topsoil and mulch beds. I tried reaching out because it wasn't done correctly, but I was given a bs excuse and they would not admit their fault. *Edit to the owners reply* - There is not 6 inches of screens below the dirt, only the areas closest to the patio. You can come look for yourself if you don't believe me. While you are here, look at my other beds that I've had for two years and tell me how much Bermuda grass is growing in there. If you are correct I will delete my review and move on. Also, I have been maintaining it more than weekly to try to stay on top of it. I know how to maintain a yard. I left for vacation for two weeks and this is what I returned to, which is why the review was left just now. At 9:00 a.m. that day, I received an appointment confirmation email that asked me to confirm, which I did. David never appeared. No one emailed or called me - they just left me waiting for nothing. Ghosting a potential or current customer is the most unprofessional thing a company can do, and shows their complete disregard for you by wasting your time. They could have declined the appointment or reached out to say they did not want this work, and anyone would understand that. This was rude and a huge red flag about their business model. They inadvertently did me a favor and have sent me elsewhere.

Make sure you get a very detailed contract with specifications on the entire job. His quote said…read more"sod for backyard" - "edge bed" Otherwise, when they run out of materials... they just end the job and send you another invoice for $1,000 more to finish putting sod where they put top soil...... you can take a peek at the photos that I attach and decide for yourself. If this looks like a completed job and edged beds...... I'll share my customer testimony and specifics , including more pictures of my quote and the email exchange with the owner for others that might be considering hire this company. He has until Monday to come by and have a civil discussion about this in person. I'll proceed with holding him accountable to prevent this from happening to other people. I understand contract law and I won't be bullied into final payment until the job is completed as we discussed and agreed upon.
