Like a fool, I've been buying my combs and brushes at Walmart the past few years. After returning from a business trip, I realized I must have left my lone comb in my hotel room and stopped by Sally Beauty to get a replacement. I LOVE my professional comb. Instead of a cheap $2 comb at Walmart, I spent $5 on a professional ceramic ion comb (no static in my hair!) that feels great because the teeth of the comb are better designed. I HEART the comb and brush I got and threw my old brush away. I also ask for advice at Sally Beauty on what hair products to use to get a certain desired effect. They are always kind and professional here.

Terrible business practices…read more I came in there with my desktop, where I told them the only problem is the PSU, and they insisted they charge $249 for diagnostics and everything included. I also mentioned I needed a quicker turn around then what they offered. He came back 5 minutes later after getting off the phone with his boss and said $100 per hour. Keep in mind, the PSU is a $100 dollar part max that doesn't take that long to install. Shady pricing with no upfront clarity until I pushed them harder. If you're going to wait for a longer period, just go to Best Buy or Microcenter.

I took 2 of my wife's identical rings to move a ruby from one ring to the other. I called twice…read morechecking on it..he told me he was having difficulties setting it. I offered to take it to another jeweler who has worked on this ring before. The gentleman at Pritchetts said he would let me know..I never heard from him. I called him today being within the 4th week after dropping it off still not done..I went to pick it up to find he had shattered a ruby upon attempting to reset..and offered nothing for the shattered ruby which was not returned.
