I decided to give them a try, since the first several companies I contacted would not commit to a one-time cleaning job. I sent several emails in regard to what I exactly needed done in my home and was very specific. I asked the owner if I should leave a list for the crew members so they could have it while they were at the house. The owner said that it wasn't necessary, and that he had communicated all my wants to the crew. Two days prior to the scheduled cleaning, I called and spoke with the owner and we reviewed everything to be sure it was correct, as I had made several additions to my original request. The crew arrived a little before 0900, which was within the time frame the website mentions. My father in law was at the home and he said that when the two crew members arrived, they stated they did not know what they had to clean. If that was the case, why wouldn't they reach out to their supervisor (the owner) to verify? Or, more importantly, why wasn't it communicated to them if they truly were not told? The owner assured me they had all my emails with my requests. The cleaning job was beyond awful. Soap scum on the showers, dirty walls, and it seemed as if they picked and chose which drawers and cabinets to clean inside of, as some were done and others were not even touched. A big request was to have my blinds cleaned in the home and the light fixtures cleaned.... literally NONE of them were touched, not even a little bit. They were at my house for three hours. Not quite sure what they did that entire time. I submitted photos to the owner, who, by the way, addressed me as "Sarah" in one of his email replies (my name is Samantha) to me, and he offered to come back out for free. No thanks. We agreed that I would not be paying for the "cleaning" job the crew did and left it at that. I'm extremely disappointed and would not recommend this company.

I asked them for less than half of the money back (I would like to use that for a gift certificate for my friend doing their cleaning work), but they refused any refund at all. While he was here he upsold me ceramic tile cleaning for my kitchen floor as he had a method and machine to get it to look like new. I asked if the grout would be all the same color when he was done. He assured me it would. His machine cannot get under the kitchen cabinets so for 4-5 inches all around my kitchen the tile grout was dark gray instead of taupe. A very noticeable difference. Had I known this would be the result I would have left it all dark gray. We were in the process of selling our house so I was very disappointed to have to clean the grout around my cabinets. At $375.00 it was an expensive mistake.
