It was a great experience both times, all things considered. Towards the end of his life my dad was very sick and had lost a lot of weight and so he really didn't look like himself. Heritage Funeral Directors asked for a picture of our dad and worked magic to have him looking exactly like the picture. He looked like he was asleep. It was great to have that as the lasting memory of him instead of how the sickness had taken the life out of him. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.
