Checkin was so easy and the convenience of EV chargers- complimentary for paid guests. Wow!! This was a plus for us. The room was so nice and clean. It did also have chargers for smart devices in case you forget yours. They also offer a continental breakfast, the food was all fresh and nicely presented. What we are was good, eggs, bagel, and oj. Check out was just as easy. We would definitely stay here again.

The girl at the front desk was super nice and friendly and checked us in very quickly. She offered us water and snacks. The room was very nice too. We had a queen bed with a tv in the room, coffee machine and fridge. No smell or anything in the room. Here were the problems however. The bed was lumpy along with the pillows. I woke up the following morning with back pain. They had told us breakfast was included so we went downstairs and again were disappointed. There were scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, cereal and fruit. Juice and coffee as well. The only good thing was probably the coffee. The eggs tasted like they were out of a carton and watered down. So my advice would be skip the breakfast and go somewhere else, which we later did.

Family-friendly, with perks like Taco nights and a heated pool (though it was too chilly to use during our March visit). Free breakfast is super basic, but it's something--and free parking right near the entrance is a nice bonus. We stayed here while going to the Indian Wells tennis tournament--a little over an hour's drive--and it worked out great. Just 25 minutes from Ontario Airport, where we flew in. Not a bad place at all if you're looking to save money while attending Indian Wells, Coachella, Joshua Tree, or anywhere in Palm Springs. Not just budget-friendly, but surprisingly nice for the price. Would stay again.

Also their ev charging stations are a flat fee of $75 which is so over priced. It's in a shopping center with some good food options close by and a park up the street to go walk or run. Staff made our group go through so hoops for check in so that was a little inconvenient. We had 10 or so rooms booked by one Person and they gave us some trouble about the person not being there when we checked in... So besides that it was a good stay for our group.

Bathroom was spacious with plenty of counter space. I wish the shower pressure was stronger but that is a preference. The room's AC worked fine, could be a bit loud. I am a light sleeper but that is why I use earplugs. We were on the 4th floor near the elevator but it was not noisy at all. There are water and ice fill up stations, two elevators and plenty of free parking. Breakfast is very basic, but there was a self pancake maker that we got a kick out of. The coffee is fresh- individually dispensed- comes out really hot. Also, there is a restaurant, coffee shop and gas station mart all in the same parking lot. I wish the rooms had smart TVs but otherwise, I would come back for a short stay again.

The bathroom had plenty of space and the shower products weren't bad. The bed was comfortable and clean. The AC didn't quite work as well as we wanted it to. We would try to set it as cold as possible but the room would stay around 78F. It could be human error, but we tried everything we could. This was due to other guests that were at the hotel, but there were saliva puddles all over the floor in one of the elevators. It was cleaned up by the next time we went in the elevator, so it was nice that they were able to clean it up relatively quickly.

It was booked by my company so I get to stay here for 10 days. Let just say it was a trip, I came…read moreto check in at around 9 PM, Abul the employee at the tiMe told me to swipe my credit card because they required a $150 deposit, and as I learned my lesson from last time, I did ask if I could give the guy cash and just hand me the receipt, but he refused and said too much hassles which I didn't quite understand at first, then I realized they stopped serving full dine in breakfast only grab and go which was a turn off for me. Then as I arrived to my room, I realized the weird design of big entertainment cabinets which probably existed since the boob tube got invented or was it some kind of altar I had no clue, but the very little lighting in the room, both night stands had different design shapes, no toothpaste or toothbrush, so I called and the guy on the phone said he couldn't bring it to me because he was the only one at the front. So I came out again, I asked for toothpaste and he gave me just one, so I asked him if he could give me more, he gave me another one, that was it, but I am going to stay here for 10 days, wow, luckily Abul came to the rescue and gave me some more plus mouth wash. I did bring up the $150 deposit and hoping he could give me some explanation, so he told me right now there was no housekeeping at night, and if someone decided to check out early, and they give him cash, meaning when they leave, and no housekeeping, it would not hold that person accountable for any damages in the room, so rather take cash, they would charge on the credit card. So now things started to make sense. Over the period of 10 days staying here, I had experience a lot of noise from upstairs in the middle of the night, random people who was high on drugs hanging out by the door claiming the had a room here and that they were just smoking outside and left a box to hold the door without the key, the place was super shady. So it would be best to stay in my room at night after work, I am glad the Do Not Disturb sign work, because no housekeeping inside my room for 10 days unlike the other hotel I was staying, they forced me to let them come in to clean. I did a bit digging I found out the hotel used to have the best breakfast menu with rice, eggs, and many more items, so sad they stopped doing it, I only came once to get some yogurts, get to speak with the employee there, she said they planned to remodel and reopen again, hopefully soon. Lastly I didn't see any charges on my credit card nor it went back, but til this day it remained a mystery whether or not they did charge me $150 deposit :) PS: the magnet from the room key works the entire 10 days, not once I get to come to the front and ask to be rekey.

Continental breakfast was cereal, bagel, juice, waffle and cream cheese and coffee.

My husband went to work and I stopped by the front desk to make sure there would be no interruption in my stay. I was told that they needed an additional $50 deposit per day. This wouldn't have been a problem if I had a credit card, I did not. I asked the front desk ladies (very friendly) if I could pay cash. They said no, and rules are rules. I thought of getting a prepaid visa card and they said that would work. Luckily my husband had a friend pick him up for work and left the key to the car. If that hadn't happened, I would have had to walk 6 miles round trip to the nearest store to get the prepaid visa to give the additional deposit. At one point I was warned that my key would stop working if I didn't give the deposit. This would have left my cat trapped in the room by herself, and me locked outside. Lol! Thank goodness it didn't come to that. Nef could have easily taken cash, or charged the additional deposit to either of the 2 credit cards used in the booking. His inflexability and crappy attitude were the only bad part about our stay. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable.

While not as flavorful as their Starbucks cousins, these egg bites were tender and had a fresh egg flavor. The slight tang from the cheese rounded things out perfectly and made these bites the perfect vessel for some country gravy or ketchup. Sausage Links: 4/5 Again, pretty good! Usually buffet sausage is either super greasy or dry as the Sahara, but this was the perfect middle ground. Maybe it was the hotel vibes talking, but it was great and much better than I expected. Country Gravy: 3/5 I'm pretty sure this is from the can, but it was hot and covered so it was a good texture. While it wasn't exactly good, it definitely was not bad. I enjoyed it with the rest of the food. Ambiance: Typical three-star hotel breakfast buffet. Clean and well-maintained. Service: Food was hot and the staff kept everything clean and well stocked. Parking: Large parking lot.

Downstairs you pass a little drawbridge with a "moat" (with water!) to a dining area with long table where the kitchenette area is, replete with ice machine, Brita pitcher, sink, mini fridge, microwave, keurig and a restroom. Upstairs is the bedroom, with a gargoyle overlooking and statue of king and queen. Some of the lights and sconces are broken or missing, the knight no longer works. We were tripping out hard when I flipped the switches by the swing and the blue lights and moat began spewing water down fountain by the kitchen. This was amazing. I was literally jumping up and down when we entered the place. I am so impressed by how cool this place is, even with the things over time that have fallen into disrepair the detail overall is nothing short of impressive. Not sure how anyone can complain about something like this. The shower head has a rainfall head, the stones in the shower, to the shape of the mirror, it was all intentional. I saw nothing "icky" in selecting the specific stone-like accoutrements to complement the theme. There's a tv in the bedroom but why would you even wanna watch tv in a castle garden? COME ON! Loved the vaulted ceilings, stained glass windows, flickering lights, ambiance - we put on Celtic music and enjoyed the peace away from the city. This isnt even our first day here I just couldn't wait to update my review.
