    Nasty towel holder
    Tayler Z.

Very small & pretty dirty. What appears to be dog or cat hair all in our bathroom? I can tell the counters haven't been wiped, and there is a little shelf for towels that hasn't been washed in quite some time. No towels were stocked. There is an old outlet looking spot that has open wires hanging out in the open. Super unsafe. At 7 am, the room next to us featured a father & older soon having a full on brawl & screaming match. I called the office, but of course nothing was done. Overall, unless you are a fan of dirty, trashy, unsafe motels, I would avoid this place.

Elizabethtown, Ky. Checked in to room with 2 queen-sized beds. Rooms small but well kept and clean. Has outdoor pool. WiFi is available, but not free. It is $4.99 for high speed and $2.99 for regular internet. Has shower, but no bathtub. Check out time 12N. This room was $58 with Motel 6 discount card. No microwave, fridge, hairdryer or shampoo. Small packets of shampoo available for $2.75 in vending machine. All rooms are pet friendly. Has parking for a few small busses or box trucks.

Great for the price! I am traveling and needed somewhere to crash for the night. I was a little skeptical upon arrival because there was a police office outside the front desk. Rooms are small, but clean. I had no issues at all. Perfect for what I was looking for!

Pool was crystal clear and clean

I think this place was nice... For $60 w/tax a nite it was well worth the money. The entrance and lot was all clean and maintained the pool was crystal clear the room was in order, clean toilet, clean shower, clean sink. If we come this was again this is the place I will stay The only thing I can say bad is the bathroom walls needed tended to and the bed (in my opinion) wasn't overly comfortable BUT we stayed at few nites and I made it thru it... Also !!! They have a gas station on each side so if u needs snacks, coffee, just random stuff it's close.. ( and u can't not hear traffic in rooms) If u wanna get so excited good coffee TAKE THE DRIVE to a cafe called VIBE !!!!! I love Starbucks but this place makes you say Starbucks...???? What's that IT'S SO CUTE AND SOOOOOOO AMAZING the combination of what you can get OMG

    From the outside.

So when I first contacted this location to make a reservation, I tried to get to the front desk…read more When I did, they transferred me to reservations, basically an outsourced call center. There are a few Holiday Inn locations in this Kentucky where I have found this happens. When you arrive and check in, this location will take a credit card for incidentals. Again, this happens at a few of the Holiday Inns I have stayed at in Kentucky. What I have liked so far about this location is that they have a breakfast menu in the elevator and they state that they give you two complimentary waters in the fridge. Since I am kind of wary about having a credit card on file, I am probably not going to take them. I feel like items in fridges are being weight monitored. The king standard room is nice. Tons of space towards the center of the room. 3/24/2026 Shower: The showerhead in the bathroom is amazing with a mist type setting. I am going to miss that. Breakfast: Pretty much top!!! They basically max out everything possible that one would want a hotel to throw at them. I am writing about, two types of omelets (white and folded egg, egg beater eggs), bacon AND sausage (not just one or the other, and not just the sausage patty, the actual good tasting sausage links), french toast, and delicious seasoned potatoes. Their wide array of teas is amazing, both caffeinated and decaffeinated options in the breakfast area. Do not be down if you only find two options of black tea in the rooms because of this. I grabbed like two of each in the breakfast area for whenever I want to drink them because I am almost always traveling. In the fridge, they not only have yogurts, but yogurt parfaits (although, they have no expiration stickers on them. I would like to see how they monitor these parfaits from going bad). I had taken one and it was so refreshing. I think this Holiday Inn location is killing it in terms of what an individual would want. I have not seen too many Holiday Inns with this elaborate of a breakfast setup. This experience would be best compared to a Hilton and more than likely, one would have to be some kind of high ranking rewards member to even try to access the breakfast there.

They do offer a hot breakfast, but it is not included in your stay you have to pay separate for it. The staff at the front desk is very friendly and courteous, but due to staffing shortages, when you request coffee or towels, they have to do deliver for you, which can take some time when their main priority is managing the front-end. Rooms are accomodating, A/C worked well, plenty of room to move around and my room had a mini fridge and microwave. Bathroom had a nice walk-in shower, but the location of the toilet was a bit close to the wall and when the put the toilet paper holder next to it, your literally sitting against it. Not a good design whomever did that. The location of the hotel is in an industrial park area, but there are multiple hotels, restaurants and places to get toiletries if you forgot any. The staff Jennifer and Carline were friendly and welcoming during check-in/check-out, making the process quick and easy. Their pool area is cute and good for families and kids. Another big plus was the excellent price for the stay--it was very reasonable for the quality and comfort we received. The location is also very convenient, with lots of restaurants and other hotels nearby, which made it easy to grab food and relax for the night. We decided to stay here because of the great reviews, and I'm happy to say they were absolutely right. I'm definitely not disappointed with our choice! After comparing options, I booked a two queen bed room at Greenfield Inn & Suites (same address as Wingfield Inn so maybe they recently rebranded?). My initial impression was that the hotel didn't look like much. I was pleased, though, that the room looked nice and the beds weren't bad. The bathroom had a jet tub in it, which would have been fun to take advantage of it if hadn't been so late when we got in and so early when we left. The continental breakfast included standard items like eggs, sausage links, waffle makers, toast, and cereal. They did have biscuits with gravy and roasted red potatoes, which are a little less uncommon, and I appreciated that. The gentleman that checked us in was also nice to talk to.

I stayed there on Tuesday night of this week and left a leather toiletry bag, with expensive components for my Cochlear Implant, my electric toothbrush, and a VERY expensive bottle of Gucci Cologne in my bag. It was zipped up, weighed 3-4 lbs and was on the vanity and Housekeeping claims they never found it. This is impossible, as they could not clean the vanity without moving it. It is obvious that there is a thief in the Housekeeping Team and I intend to file a police report to found out WHO. When I called, I asked the front desk that IF Housekeeping finds something of value, like a Leather Bag, why they would not contact the person they KNOW stayed there as my Bonvoy Profile has all of my contact info. She said that was normal policy, but obviously something in the bag interested the in-house thief. Marriott should be ashamed of this situation, as I have NEVER had this with a Hilton property. I expect that the Elizabethtown Police will help get to the bottom of this. If not, I am DONE with Marriott!!! I will go back to Hilton in a heartbeat. I expect to either get my bag back or get fully reimbursed. Be careful when staying at this property!! There is obviously a thief on the staff, so don't leave anything behind or you may be the next victim!

We booked a "suite" and maybe I misunderstood the pictures, but I thought the beds would be separate from the pullout couch. They were not. They weren't in a separate room, half wall, or even curtain. Everything was right next to each other. If you have any light sleepers, this isn't a great setup. Also, despite having a microwave and fridge and being a "suite", there were no dishes available. Other than a microwave and bar sink, I'm not sure how this could be considered a suite rather than a normal hotel room with a pull out couch. Also, you can't see the TV from the couch, so if the family wants to watch a movie to settle down for the night, expect to pile into the beds together - whether you want to or not. The pool was clean, but the deck edges are short. It's hard to find a spot outside the pool where you won't get splashed. And you're not supposed to take the towels out of the pool area - which leaves you no towel to cover yourself on the cold walk back to the room. The fitness center was decent. There were free weights and cardio equipment. There were also sanitizing wipes. The treadmill and elliptical had TV channels, but there weren't instructions to connect to the sound or turn on closed captioning. One bright spot was breakfast. There was tons of food that was much higher quality and taste than I was expecting. Including taxes and fees, we paid $200 for one night, which I think is grossly overpriced.
