A NICE newly remodeled hotel. Great access to all foods and local distilleries. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The room is spacious, comfortable and clean! What a great find and price for value!!
After the night: decent water pressure and middle end quality towels. The room was quiet and comfortable. Being a builder I did notice a few shortcomings on the remodeling quality. But it's still nice. The breakfast bar was very generic. Coffee was good!
Suggestions are add a place to hang clothing for longer stays and towels when wet. The curved shower cut bars go a long way for larger or disabled people. Construction is still under way but doesn't interfere with your stay.
Still a fan at this price point! (Less than $100) read more
Although it is still being renovated, it was quiet, clean and handicapped accessible. Fridge, microwave & coffee maker included. And...fresh regular & decaf coffee available in the lobby 24/7 (nice touch). Eggs, biscuits, sausage & made-to-order waffles included in the breakfast buffet. read more
Very poor customer service and deceptive business practice. Manager raised priced an hour after check-in, threatened to kick us out at 8PM at night, and then tried to hide evidence. Video link of the exchange: https://youtu.be/UTq-6I1RLFY
The beds were ok but they had bugs in them. Would not recommend. read more
