We'll, 10:50AM I am woken up by the owner banging on the door and he just walks in on me while I'm asleep. No cares in the world and turns to me and says "Got to get out now!" And I tried to explain the situation to him and he was extremely rude and would not listen. Won't be staying here again. I'll stay in Ripley or Jackson before ever coming back to this place.

The Internet was not very good, but the bed was extremely comfortable, the room was clean, and the linens and towels were new and decent quality. The morning staff was very friendly and accommodating and the breakfast offerings were plentiful. The night person on the front desk was not very warm or welcoming, but she did her job efficiently. The breakfast buffet staff were outstanding and very attentive. Found an expired yogurt in the fridge and staff immediately replaced it and checked the fridge for any others. Pool was nice. Very warm like bath water. Patio to sit outside. Low on towels. Paid 200 a night which was supposed to be the group rate. Not happy overall and would probably not stay again. With all the problems 3 families had, I would expect a rate reduction. Many more problems than I've ever had at a Holiday inn express. Probably won't be back to this location in Dyersburg.

This Hampton Inn is sometimes considered to be located in: Wildersville, Parkers Crossroads, and also Lexington. When I searched Booking under Parkers Crossroads it wasn't listed, and if I hadn't spotted it from the highway I wouldn't have known about it. I had no reservations and it was in the middle of the night but they had plenty of rooms. The woman who assisted me was very nice. In fact all employees I encountered were super pleasant. 2 double beds came to about $109. They do have military discounts so with that the room came to about $94. The room was clean, and very comfortable to my surprise. Nice luxury feeling comforters and nice Neutrogena toiletry amenities in the bathroom. They also had a nice breakfast spread free for guests with coffee starting at 6am in the morning. Not sure if I'll ever be in Tennessee again but if I am, I definitely will come back and stay at this hotel.

First impression was our room smelled fresh/clean!! Upon pulling out the couch to make a bed for my kiddo, I noticed it had crumbs in the bottom and the cushion needed to be washed (stains on them). Also, the shower needed to be bleached and scrubbed as well as floors, I'm a housecleaner so I notice things like that. I am very grateful there were clean linens in the room and didn't notice any bugs on the bedding though. I will add the AC was perfect and the bed was true to its name (comfortable). For breakfast, there were hot biscuits & gravy, eggs, potatoes hash and then cold breakfast items as well as fresh coffee! I overheard the ice machines on the second and third floor were out of order because an older gentleman was trying to get some for his cup and couldn't find any. All things considered, I would stay here again. Safe, friendly staff, and comfortable!
