I cannot get a hold of the director of the program directly and they keep leaving messages and emails for them. The most disappointing part of it is the lack of communication. I would have some relief if there was some resolution but I will be going into the weekend with the program starting Sunday and no idea if they will be flexible with granting a credit or refund. I'm sure the program is great if everything goes as planned but the lack of communication and care for their customers is upsetting when the unexpected occurs.

The fields are always well kept and managed properly; even the bathrooms are pretty clean. Being a sports themed park, it tends to get busy when multiple sports are going at one time. In addition, there are only 2 entrances to the park, which causes a lot of congestion. Overall, it's a nice park but I wouldn't consider having a birthday party or some other type of function that didn't include organized sports here.

Los Alamos hills sports Park is a phenomenal Park on all levels. Great playground area for kids of…read moreall sizes and you can drive the loop here for baseball, soccer, football, and some track Fields. Literally everything you can imagine. Even a couple of areas to shoot some hoops. Bathrooms are well maintained and overall the lawns are great not having to deal with gopher holes or anything that's a hazard very often. It's late afternoon here during soccer and baseball season, it is a literal madhouse trying to find parking. So give yourself plenty of time to drive the loop or look for places to park. Lots of room here for family picnics and get togethers as well.

I first stopped in here to see what sports programs they have for my 4 year old. I came in after…read moreschool and it was pretty wild. Kids were all over the place and there was once "adult". She was busy on the phone and I had to wait for a few minutes just to get some info for sports. While waiting I was surprised by the kid's behavior. They were running around, cussing, and some were outside in the front unattended to. I don't know if this the normal for this place but I know that I would never in a million years sign my kids up for their after school program. I am signing my kids up for some sports programs but I will be there with them. Hopefully they are more organized then when I stopped in. I will definitely update my review after we do a program. BTW, they have a lot of really cool (hopefully) programs for kids of all ages. If baseball goes well I will definitely sign all the kids up for something.
