He showed up a few weeks later. We did not have to call him again like we have had to do with many contractors who promise and then never show. He and his helper got the big root grinder off his trailer and started the nasty, dusty job. He spoke with me before he started going over exactly what we wanted and he made suggestions which we agreed to. Then he did exactly what we agreed to. He used protective boards to avoid sending rock and/or pieces of roots in to our house, fence, or shrubs. They cleaned up the pieces including the rocks that we have in our yard all over.
