The choice of suits was very extensive when compaired to other suit hire shops that i had visited. They were very flexible with time to suit those that can not get everyone together at once. They were very good with dealing with specific requirements since we had a specific colour requirement so that all of the ushers and the bridesmaids matched each other. we requested that our cravats be specially made, which they were fine with if we could get them the material. They dont only cater for weddings, they provide suits and dresses for all occasions. They also provided my wifes wedding dress.

As soon as we walked in the staff were amazing, very helpful and not pushy like a lot of sales staff in this arena. I found a beautiful wedding dress but we were getting married very soon and it was tight to get the dress in on time but as soon as the dress came in they communicated everything to me, getting me in for fittings etc. As soon as I found the dress I mentioned the shop to my husband to be regarding the suits they had there. He had already found some suits at another place but he took a look here anyway as he was looking for a waistcoat and cravat. He found the waistcoat and cravat he wanted and also a suit that he preferred much more at Couture. He ended up cancelling his previous hire with another shop and getting his and all the ushers suits from here. The staff made an effort to listen to your likes and dislikes which I found ever so helpful when a lot of places just want to make the sale. My dress was absolutely stunning and the suits were immaculate (we even hired the shoes too!). Service was second to none and the prices were highly competitive.

On the ground floor is all the mens clothing, perfume and young female clothes makes such as Kookai. Benefit have just enlarged there area downstairs so it is now super big. Upstairs is all the ladies wear and underwear I really like it grouped like this as before you had some stuff upstairs and some downstairs. On the first floor there is also a very nice cafe. On the second floor is all the home wear including kitchen items and cushions and towels etc. the toilets are up here too but they are usually very hot, busy and dirty. There are lifts, escalators and stairs throughout the store. There is small car park out the back but very close is Tesco where you can park for free for 2 hours.

If you head upstairs with a buggy be warnd you would have to wander to find the disabled ramp to avoid the stairs which is annoying when you have children. The cafe has improved so much! It is lovely, well enjoyed break. The only down side is the static building when walking and when you press the lift button you get an electric shock!
