The stalls are all under cover and range from Delis to shops selling silk saris alongside African grocers. An interesting mix of shops due a rich tradition of immigrants from Poles to West Africans to the local area. I've been shopping here for years as they have such a lovely garden centre where I purchase all my vegetable plants for the garden every spring. There are a cafe for those seeking a break from the hustle and bustle of shopping.

Yasmins Boutique supply Exclusive Indian Suits, Indian Sarees and Accessories, I was a regular…read morevisitor to the Boutique when it was based on Barking Rd and now Yasmins Boutique is relocating just off the famous Green St, on Plashet Grove, next to the famous Kababish which makes its more accessible. I love this store, the owner is professional and provides excellent advise, the suits are very unique yet affordable and the diamond bags are just gorgeous. Definitely worth a visit.

There are plenty of other better stores on Green Street with excellent service so avoid shopping at this store. I bought a suit which had a fault with the size of the trousers and they refused to acknowledge that there was a fault with it and would not accept any responsibility for it even though it was unworn. Very disappointed that they didn't even offer to resolve it themselves when they are running a 'boutique' store offering a 'friendly' service. Not friendly or helpful at all!!
