When I saw him shifting through the boxes, I said I am not the one with a preorder. He continued to sift through the boxes, so I repeated myself thinking that he most likely did not hear me. He got an attitude with me and said, "I am listening to YOU if you want to tell me your order." I get it. It is hot outside and you are busy, but you don't have to be an a**hole about it. You signed up for the job, not me...a smile and a more positive attitude would go along way with your customers. Food was served hot and was correct with what I had ordered. Part of being in the food service industry is being kind to your customers, especially when they are kind to you.

The "secret" to them being soft is them being underbaked, which you can clearly see in the middle of the cookie in each cookie. The flavor aspect lacks in almost every cookie I have tried except the Oreo cheesecake cookie. At this particular location, a young adult male took our order and immediately walked away and we didn't know what was going on because he just disappeared. The woman who ended up handing us the box of cookies was wearing gloves coated in butter that ended up coating the bottom of the box in butter which in turn ended up staining my pants to the point where they had to be thrown away because whatever the butter or whatever substance it was, would not wash out. Paying $30 for mediocre and raw cookies AND having to throw away a pair of pants is absolutely not worth ever returning here.

I recently judged the Best Memphis Burger competition and sadly to say this burger was NOT in it. I think this burger goes toe toe with the grand champion Elboe burger! After a brief conversation with Jared (owner ) about the event he told me that someone else that judged the competition said that he actually had the best burger in Memphis so I had to see for myself.... This amazing thick juicy double patty burger with Gourmade aioli sauce, white cheddar cheese, a peppered green, butterd pickles and pickled red onion (which I admittedly took off because onions make me gag) sorry if that was tmi. But this burger was cooked perfectly and the seasoning was just outstanding with flavor and the brioche bun that was soft but yet firm enough to hold everything together. I had them booked for several months and I stayed in regular contact. On Thursday before the Sunday event at our church, I reached out to discuss our rainy day plan (since it was forecast to rain), they said "I think it's best to cancel if it rains. We never had a good experience in the past." **Note, the word IF.** I replied back that we could have people eat indoors and that we had an awning they could park under right by the doors. Regardless of rain, people would still stay to eat. No response. On Saturday, I texted to let them know that if it was light rain the next day, we planned to go ahead with the event but if it was storming, we'd cancel. Either way, I'd message them by 8 am the next day because they were scheduled to arrive by 10:30 am. No response. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. On Sunday morning, I texted to them know the forecast didn't show rain until later in the afternoon and would they please let me know if they were coming? No response. I called and texted several times. No answer, no response. I was finally forced to order pizza for about 100 people so we would just have enough food to feed everyone. I don't know how they stay in business with service like that!!
